The Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is the perfect little get away! Our room view was amazing! It was basically like we were literally right on the ocean! The service here is great. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful! Food was good as well! Definitely cannot wait to come back here again!

Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa was the perfect staycation. While 20 minutes south of ritzy Palm Beach, there is no reason to leave the gorgeous, well-kept property with a world-class spa, pool, beach relaxation, over a half dozen top-notch dining facilities with varied cuisines, well-appointed rooms, and lovely staff. From a kind greeting by valet Sergio, Lauren at the front desk, bellman James, hostess Daphna at Polpo, server Jerzy, bartender Helen, poolside server Grant, and kind and accommodating pool and housekeeping staff, and others, we were treated with the graciousness expected at a 5-Star property. I recommend you explore the resort property to understand the wide range of amenities, including an adult-only pool area. The manageable size of the resort makes the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa more intimate than the larger Breakers Palm Beach Resort, while each offers its own unique amenities.

We cannot say enough about Eau Resort and Spa. It’s an elegant property and nicely laid out. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. We stayed on the Club Lounge concierge floor which was an added bonus! Philip Brice, the Club Lounge Manager, and his entire staff went above and beyond every day to make us feel at home. We really felt like family here! The pool staff were equally attentive in making sure we had what we needed. We dined at the Eau’s Polpo and Angle restaurants during our stay and they were both outstanding! We were beyond sad leaving yesterday, but we will return again and again! Thanks so much to everyone at this fine resort for taking such great and personalized care of your guests! We truly felt like royalty! ***le P.

As soon as we got in, they knew our name, treating us like it was just us there. The water is so clear and nice, and the employees were so kind and funny. Tyler by the pool area was the best, he helped us without question. Hartley too was kind. The experience is just made so much more pleasant when you know people like Hartley and especially Tyler are looking out for you. Would certainly come back!

on a sunny day, we decided to drive to Eau Palm Beach and have LUNCH at " Breeze Ocean Kitchen"...We have been going there for many years since we love the Food, Service, and the direct view out to the Atlantic Ocean with its turquoise water, enjoying the breeze and the sound of the waves. Our Waiter was "DALE", very professional, courteous and a good salesman. Everything he suggested we ordered. We started with the Arnold Palmer Cocktail - Lemonade / Ice Tea, very tasty. My wife ordered the grilled fresh "Grouper' simply delicious and I ordered the Crab Cake, very tasty. For Desert, we enjoyed the Coconut Sorbet which was another winner. Having LUNCH at the Breeze on March 13, 2024, was delightful and a wonderful experience and lifted our spirits. Come early so you can get a table in the first row to view the Ocean. We recommend having LUNCH here.

Since we live nearby, we decided to give to EAU Spa another opportunity. Unfortunately we were disappointed again. Aesthetically the spa looks beautiful. Unfortunately there is no communication after you’re greeted at the entrance to make certain your experience was fulfilled. It seems no one is in charge of running the spa. The most embarrassing part is that each person doing the treatment job is to up charge you to a more expensive treatment. They are trained to ask you in such a way that’s almost an embarrassment not to get the more expensive treatment. You were there to relax enjoy your treatments not to get pressured into an up charge. The spa additionally adds an 18% service charge on all treatments, which is fine if the money going to the person that performed the treatment, but it does not. The treatment rooms and aesthetics of a spa are nice. It’s very unfortunate that you just don’t have a feeling that there is someone over seeing everything to make sure your experience is enjoyable. Another issue was after our first treatment, it was planned in advance to have lunch before the next treatments. We ordered lunch and it took over an hour and a half to have two sandwiches delivered to our table. With the many other spas available I would recommend not going to the EAU spa.

Good for holiday

This is our second stay at this property in a year, and we have another reservation next month, so we are loyal to it but noticed some inconsistencies with the comparison from our last stay in March 2023. First the pros: 1. The pool: We had kids and grandparents in our party and all ages were so pleased with the temperature of the pool. Kudos to the pool team for keeping it heated - this alone makes us want to stay here again. A cold pool ruins a hotel stay. 2. Polpo: our server Erica made our whole trip. She’s funny, quick, and remembers every little detail. She’s a gem. Having access to a vegan menu was also a major plus for a member of our party. 3. The spa: I love a spa on vacation and this facility is outstanding. It’s spacious, has everything from sauna to steam to the most amazing garden with swings. One of the best spas I’ve experienced. The cons: 1. Pool food service was so slow and inconsistent. Our 9 year old ordered grilled mahi fingers with a side salad and it was perfection- 3 nice pieces of fish, beautiful salad with lots of veggies and dressing on the side- like they really know kids. The next day ordering the same thing was atrocious, only two pieces of fish and a salad with just lettuce soaked in so much dressing it was dripping and super wet. So gross. They also forgot one of our drinks altogether. Just inconsistent. 2. The jacuzzi is nice but the jets revert worked during our day and we never saw an attempt to repair it. 3. At the spa, despite signs saying no cell phone use in clothing optional areas, cell phone use was rampant. There is no privacy. Bring a bathing suit. Also, a 90 minute massage is 72-73 minutes with a very long sales pitch for enhancements while you’re just sitting and waiting to get on the table. 4. Nickel and diming. Everyone we spoke with mentioned little things like this that were irksome. When paying as much as you are for this property, it becomes noticeable when it feels like they are trying to trim. For example, we stayed three nights and bath products were never replenished. The kids club used to include an hour free a day, It’s now $25 an hour and we found the staff to be short tempered and acting like everything was an inconvenience. The half-day rate at the kids club includes ice cream social and arcade time. Both of these are nice promised perks for our kiddo, but neither happened. Overall, it’s a nice property with a lot of amenities. We did, however noticeably few things that have gone a little downhill since our last visit.
