I had such an amazing time at the hotel! the ***ager was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facilities were top-notch, although i was hoping for a heater since they had heated mattresses available. Unfortunately, they didn't have one at the moment. Overall, my stay was absolutely fantastic, and i highly recommend this place to everyone!

We had booked room for 5 days in this hotel. Rooms are spacious, toilets are clean, they provide heater too. Hot water is available 24/7 which is great for ***ali weather. Loved their hospitality, both restaurant and hotel staff was well ***nered and made our stay worth living. We arrived at ***ali around 1 am at night after a long journey, first thing they asked us was if we had dinner ! that was very kind & impressive gesture. I wish them good luck and would recommend everyone to choose ah r grace ***ali if they are planning a vacation in ***ali.

hi. we had a lovely stay at ahr grace, we had added dinner on arrival and their f&b services are excellent the food quality & taste is superb.
the room were very neat & clean cosy n comfortable. daily cleaning was done. n good h.k. & f.o. services were provided. overall 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. it's more than 30 characters

The rooms were great with no issue but not ***y options for morning buffet. Went on a school trip. Made us feel very comfortable. Enjoyed very much and garden was beautiful. Had TV option in restaurant which was great.

Staff needs behavioural improvements. Especially food staff. Mr Yash and Mr Dev raj are co operative and helping. Did not understand the only 03 hours time for hot water, when other hotels are offering 24 hours hot water. Furniture needs improvement. Even bathroom attachments need proper service.
