Hotel Him Regency by MSR Hotels and Resorts

Room was good. Had a very good stay

The hotel was far away from the described location, the staff was very friendly and helpful though they helped me reach to the hotel and further helped to find the sight seeing, and also arranged the car. The hotel room was not clean, toiletries wasn't provided when asked they were unsure. Wifi was not provided as said, the hotel's location was far away from the market area and sight seeing but they manuplated the description and marketing in the way that they wrote 1 kms from the temple 1. 6, 7 km from mall road. Etc and the pictures of the washroom and overall property were not shown. The only reason i stayed their is because of the owner / manager who was really a humble person helped me through.

Good staff and room services. Reasonable prices

As per the google map we reached the spot but when we reached there was no hotel there then we called the hotel executives but no response. It was very pathetic situation at night for us, we roamed around an hour to get the hotel. The near by hotel people helped us to get the exact hotel. It was very inconvenient as the he-em regency executives didnt received call for guidance. The hotel was very far from the location shared. When we went to the hotel the service was very poor we asked the executive how will ask for food or water if required they replied the intercom doesnot work. They have shared their phone number for any service we need that too they have not replied at once you need to call them multiple times. The room was dirty, the blankets and pillows were not clean as they have food spots and stains in that. We somehow managed to stay there for night as we dont have any choice it was very late at night. Next day we left the hotel and went for another hotel for stay. It was really horrible experience. The room service people dont even clean the room and left the room opened for a day when we went out for search of hotel. I dont have my words to explain the situation but it was unhygienic, room service at its worst and the location. It is not in proper mall road, its very interior autos and cabs hesitate to come if theya agree they charge more. Overall i would never recommend someone this hotel. Really a pathetic one.

The hotel was good and the family room was very spacious with decent views. Its located just at the beginning of the mall road. But the hotel service was very poor. They locked the hotel doors at night so that no one can leave without paying instead of having a receptionist 24*7. The bedsheets were dirty and we had to wait till 9 am for the receptionist to come and unlock the hotel.

Wow amazing experience with the hotel staff and the kind of hospitality. location is excellent. staff cares for their customers. The room service is like you give a ring and they serve you. food is tasty and in budget. loved staying. will guide all travelers to once visit. thanks for wonderful gestures. thanks👍

This hotel is very far from main market and staff had uncooperative behaviour with their customer, they also not give blankets to us. We never recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel rooms are very clean excellent services all staff behavior is very good and helpful. Location is very good near by the mall road. Thank u for the excellent stay❤

I can’t explain in words but i would per-fer this hotel is not hotel it’s a family with caring partners the experience are best and i would recommend you to try the experience of hotel thank you for giving us best experience
