Very old hotel, didn’t like the stay. The crew don’t speak English, we paid for breakfast but they had nothing to serve. We left after one night. The view was amazing though. You should know it’s a bit far from center so you’ll need to take a cab to move.

Worst ever experience after spending over 5k per night at Snowcrest ***or ***ali compared to plenty of options available nearby. Dont book with them they will give you all silly reasons for their shortcomings. Short of staff always, service is very poor by ***ager who will only try to be show as they are having concern. Avoid completely if dont want to ruin your holiday. When we complained all about this to hotel they offered food and beverage discount which is anywhich ways highly over priced compare to other hotels next door. Dont ruin your holiday chasing hotel for every bad service. Better option available nearby.

HotelSnow Crest ***or in ***ali is one of the best hotels with superb scenic views and extremely comforting and courteous hotel staff. Just to name a few, Mr Dev Thakur, Mr Pushpendra who hold the front staff and Mr Sanjay who holds the restaurant part. All the time available. Though the hotel is a 4 star hotel, i would like to give 5 star. Extremely big rooms, high on hygiene and cleanliness, and mountain facing, surrounded by mountains. A truly enriching experience, what you expect when you visit any hill station. Thanks to the entire Snow Crest Team. Keep up the good work.

Much recommended place. Good place to enjoy your vacation. Good hospitality. Room well maintained. Food quality can be improved. Nice view of old ***ali area. Centrally heated facility, so no issues with cold.

Good food, clean area and good staff…….. complete family hotel which one could desire… top of the hole and best snow view one could get at ***ali……….. pushpinder has good knowledge off surrounding and made reasonable safe arrangement for all of us to enjoy the holiday

Hotel was awesome neat and clean with a good mountain view had a great experience while my stay. Staff was very friendly and cooperative Much recommended 😊 also will book the same for my next trip as well 😀
