Very nice place to stay without a second thought. Nice to hear the sweet voice of the sparrows in the morning. Food quality and the hospitality is also good. Staff is very friendly especially Mr. Kartar Singh & Mr. Rajkumar in the reception desk. Snow Valley Resort is a pocket-friendly hotel which gives a better & pleasant stay experience!!

Very good property, Food also Good, Best is Hadimba temple just 5 minutes walking. Mall road also very near, and can hire Auto from Hotel to Mall Road

We stayed three days in the Hotel in ***ali. The stay in the Hotel was very comfortable. The terrace garden is lovely and it is very pleasing to have a scenic view of the surroundings from here. The room was spacious and had a good ambiance. The room service was fine. The dining hall and the food was very exquisite. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a good variety of dishes - north Indian, south Indian, and continental. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I will always recommend to my friends to stay in the Snow Valley Resorts during their visit to ***ali.

Excellence service, well cleaned, very responsible staff. My Very great experience with this resort, good location, very close to Mall Road, Hige Car Parking Space, Driver rest area available, kids pay area available, well cleaned restaurant.

Very pleasant stay at snow valley resort It's good for family,it has beautiful view of mountains, good food ,very polite staff and like the ambiance very much , would like to revisit in future (if possible.) one should prefer to stay here with family

Excellent facility Good food 5 starts for service - be it room service or restaurant Superb location - very close to Mall Road and hadimba temple Only thing is the rooms on one part of the facility are bit older , need renovation . But they are very clean and good You can choose rooms with premium category with balcony , as they are newly done rooms

The location is 2 kms from the Mall Road. The front desk and the staff is courteous and helpful. Unfortunately none of the hotels we loota have no lifts- the staff was so accommodating to serve us piping hot food from r breakfast and dinner in the room. Room was done up well. Two things that bothered was I) Bathrooms seem very old- the wash basin are has no place to keep toiletries 2) The mattress is a spring one and not comfortable I would rate it three star. Again say if the bathroom is renovated and the mattresses replaced- it can be a five star property. We liked our stay

This is a wonderful resort in ***ali where you can relax with family. We booked maharaja view room. Outside the room we have a lawn area where we can enjoy the view of Himalayas. The rooms have inbuilt heaters. The resort has a kids play area. Food was also very good.
