Manali Heights

This was our first time in ***ali. We were a bit apprehensive since this was a 3 star hotel. But I should admit that the hotel exceeded my expectations. In terms of location, it is located near the Hidimba temple but yet quite secluded from the rush. Do not expect it to be hotel with great facilities as it is a relatively old hotel, but they have all their basics in place. They still use the lock and key system instead of the card system, but we were ok. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous, The best part is the food in their restaurant. It is very nice food but at the same time not very typical heavy food that one finds in North Indian restaurants/ cuisines. The only thing to avoid are the rooms near the car park. We were there for 3 nights were booked in 2 rooms near the car park. It was not an issue for us as we used to come back to the hotel only to have our dinner and would leave the hotel in the morning for sightseeing after having our breakfast. The restaurant only opens at around 8 am in the morning and hence if you want to leave early, the restaurant is able to pack a nice breakfast for you. It met all our expectations and we had a pleasant stay at ***ali Heights. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those traveling with family and young kids.

Lovely rooms, views, and super friendly staff. Visiting from the UK I was extremely happy here, and fantastic value for money. Very clean, lovely balconies, and food was decent. Beds very comfortable which trust me is a rarity in India particularly the further south you go.

The rooms are good. The view is not what you view on Google asthese images are shared before years. After that much Construction has been done in surrounding and view has been blocked. However its location is very convenient to go to mall Road, old ***ali, and Hisamba temple. The food was really good tasty and spread in the buffet was also good. The staff was very friendly and co operative. Overall hospitality of the staff awas lovely.....

The food is very good niku chauhan helped us a lot in serving the food and the variety of the food Pavan the reception ***ager is very kind and answerable to our queries patiently overall ita worth in staying in the hotel

The stay at ***ali Heights as an amazing experience. The hotel is located close to the Dungri forest and has excellent views of the forest and the snow capped mountains. The rooms were clean and the food was good. The staff was very polite and courteous. I would love to stay there again

***ali heights was a total disaster,The front office staff Pawan was very rude ,he forced us to vacate our room and said to wait till 1 pm,I missed my tour for 9.00 am.They ruined my vacation worth lakh of rupees

Our experience during the stay here was amazing having been pampered by the staff, would love to stay hare for a longer time. Unfortunately good experiences always come to an end, The staff is very polite and cooperative and food is very delicious. The rooms are spacious. The location in also beautiful and the view of the mountains room the rooms was beautiful. Would love to be here once again.

Nice location, with beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel rooms are spacious, with a balcony or a seating area looking into their garden and the mountains right behind the hotel. The bathrooms were clean, recommend bring your own towels. Their towels were too rough on the skin. Breakfast has a variety of items & they serve definitely the best chai I ever had. It has a good flavor of ginger & other spices in it.
