Stay was very good nice behaviour at reception but one of the staff from kitchen behaviour was rude about bringing of glass for drinking water.

We were coming here for honeymoon but we received really bad service, there was no electricity in this winter and rainy season and also the geyser was not working and the staff's behaviour was also bad.

Preferably a better location if you want to stay near mall road ***ali. The road to hadimba temple is also beside the hotel. Recommended for family travelers in budget.

Its a great place only 10 min walk from mall road. Rooms are clean and staffs are very polite and helpful.

Feedback - first of all the ***ager at the counter was very rude. And yelled at us why we booked through makemytrip. Then after the request somehow he let us checked in. Kitchen wasn't in operation as well. Neither it was mentioned on booking portal of mm t nor it was informed by ***ager while checking in hotel. Guest choose hotel cause of their service and food. If kitchen wasn't in operation. It should be informed while booking. It was terrible experience

i was stuck in ***ali due to heavy rain. fortunate that i chose this hotel. when almost every hotel in ***ali got no water and electricity, they made sure to make available basic amenities such as water and light. very very thankful to the DLS by dev hotel family. will always remember them for their generosity .. choose them without a doubt you won't regret staying there instead you will have a pleasant worthful memories 😊
