Very poorly managed hotel Smelly rooms They are overcharging extra taxes Gst on food is 5% They are charging 18% No response for complaints They dont even have properly trained staff Their lift is very ill maintained very scary to use Worst experience ever

Renest is a beautiful property right next to Beas. Our room had a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. The service is beautiful, the staff are really sweet, well behaved and polite. Overall we had a lovely stay and we do hope to come back.

Very good experience.All things was perfect.Food was also very delicious and the music concert at night was very nice we all had enjoyed so much. And the place where hotel is situated is very nice. We have never got this type of experience before.

It’s the best hotel with efficient staff, scenic view of Beas river in the front, and excellent and mouth licking food. It has got the live music with the renouned band which adds up to the entertainment . It has a gym, beautiful garden, pool table, table tennis and carrom.

It was a very nice experience overall. The Staff were very polite and helpful. The view from the window was itself a soothing sight in such torrid summer conditions. The Fish & Chips dish from their restaurant is worth mentioning for its taste and portion.

We recently enjoyed a delightful three-day stay at Renest Hotel in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, with our family. The staff members were courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests we had. The duplex room we stayed in added an extra layer of comfort and charm to our experience. Its cozy ambiance and spacious layout provided ample room for our family to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Manali's breathtaking scenery. Overall, our stay at Renest Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. We left feeling rejuvenated, grateful for the excellent service, and already planning our next visit. It's was such a lovely experience. I had my birthday and they had a beautiful set up done for me in my room. Ms. Mahima was the one gave me this wonderful surprise. Also would like to say Mr. Nishant was very helpful and got everything done for us.
