Jain food service and taste is very good. Mahi gave very good service at room. Ambience in the resturant and rooms service was very good. Staff was very nice.Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay

Room provided was not as mentioned in the app. The mattress and quilts quality was very poor. On registering the complain on mmt. Hotel provided alternative quality room.

It was a mesmerising stay with valley view in manali. Service was outstanding and food was yum. We totally enjoyed out stay at snow peak.

We had a fantastic experience with snow peak, meal is good, staff is friendly and helpful, clean and good environment.. we recommend to all must have a stay here..amazing view from hotel. Thank you all . special thanks to Mr. Mahi for helping us at every point.

It's a amazing hotel..the service is fantastic. Staff is very polite, very caring, very very helpful...I just loved it. Food is superb.... please go for it.. My family enjoyed a lot....I am gonna visit it again. Staff is very comfortable operative...there are amazing food for kids as well like bread jam, Milk with chocos, corn flackes and bornvita...you don't need to carry anything for kids.
