Room and everything were fine to great.
Only issue was dealing with the front desk (couldn’t locate my reservation AT FIRST despite making it mere HOURS before arrival) and having to stand there for 20-30 minutes while watching everyone else get addressed FIRST.

The staff here are wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The rest of the hotel not so much. It’s very dated and the room furniture shows it. The lighting throughout the room and the bathroom was horrible. The floor lamp and one of the bedside table lamps didn’t work. The “pleather” of the bed’s headboard has a huge slash in it. Yes, as if someone took a knife to it. Peeling paint around windows. Exposed cable from the ( really old) HVCA unit. Don’t know if we had a room waiting for rehab or if all the rooms are like ours. I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for a week while we were waiting to move into our new apartment. They accommodated our support animal with no issue (have your paperwork ready!) The hotel is located centrally and has great access to neighboring areas Would 100% stay here again if needed

The gentleman at the checkin was friendly and efficient with checkin, however, I was given a room assignment and key to a room on the second floor. Went up and the key did not work, so I returned to the front desk and said they key did not work for the room. The gentleman realized that I was given the wrong key and room assignment. Got into my correct room and it was okay, nothing glaringly dirty or anything. However, went to take a shower and the shower did not work. I will say that the front desk identified another room for me pretty quickly, and offered free breakfast, which was nice. However, will not stay at this property again.
