Es un destino maravilloso con excelente servicio y personas muy queridas, el sitio es muy seguro la gente es muy honesta, los niños tienen espacios de diversión y las actividades en la noche son únicas, no existe ningún riesgo con los niños y su entorno

Está sobre valorado!! No lo recomiendo . Pocas opciones para comer , el bar de bebidas gratis siempre se les acababa el hielo y se hacían colas para todo.

Hace falta otra zona húmeda o piscina, debido a la alta cantidad de personas se pone imposible, y el servicio de bebidas del todo incluido muy regular la presentación y servicio solo atiende un bar tender lo hace demorado. El comedor de los no vib es desordenado y el menú es muy repetitivo, debería haber personas que organizarán en la medida del uso, dado la cantidad de personas que acuden se quedó pequeño deberían haber dos para ese fin

Simplemente 10/10 un hotel espectacular con unas instalaciones muy lindas y muy Instagramiables, un buen servicio, tiene actividades muy chéveres para hacer y conocer la guajira, los atardeceres son espectaculares, y lo mejor la playa 100% recomendado

Hotel lindo, comida pésima en el buffet toca todo el tiempo en el restaurante a la carta. Hotel lejos de la ciudad. Mucho acoso por parte de los que venden los planes internos de on vacation. Personal muy amable gente linda, rescato el el bar del lobby a Luis súper la atención de él y los toures con ellos salen más costosos recomiendo mirar empresas en Rioacha

Compramos los paquetes con Onvaction en Medellin. Nos cobraron extra por llevarnos en camioneta. En el hotel cuando fuimos a reservar los tours les causo gracia y simplemente nos dijeron que era en bus (en regulares condiciones) nadie nos dios respuesta ni en el hotel ni en Medellin

Nos alojamos en el hotel Wayira 5 dias 4 noches con un paquete todo incluido en la ubicación de Ranchería. Me voy muy inconforme con la habitación puesto que tenian cucarachas en el closet, la ducha y hasta en la cama. Las cuales no son las condiciones que uno espera del hotel. Areas descuidadas y desaseo.
