Очень грязно в номере. Ужасный запах от подушек. Слабый интернет. Из плюсов - доступная цена, хорошее расположение, наличие завтрака.

Tem um espaço bom e bonito na recepção, piscina e academia. Porém, a estrutura e a limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco à desejar. Havia lençóis sujos sobre o frigobar. Banheiro com instalações antigas, saídas de esgoto semi-entupidas e mal cheiro. O telefone não funcionou e mesmo solicitado, não houve disposição para solucionar. Muito barulho à noite no 10 andar (Parece ter uma área de serviço ali). Achei os atendentes cordiais, mas não muito simpáticos.

Excellent value. The breakfast is the strongest point by far with a solid array of foods, drinks and nibbles. The room was a decent size with AC and TV. The water pressure was great and was of course hot. Soaps and towels provided, though there was no hairdryer. However, the room did contain a large fridge and full mirror. The only real negative is the WiFi. It basically doesn't work enough to load more than a Google page. The speed test showed between 3-6 megabytes per second throughout the hotel, so no online video calls I'm afraid. That said, for the price paid, one can't complain. The value is exceptional. Note that the fitness centre contains very old mostly broken equipment, though the pool looks nice enough.

Garage with only 5 spaces, sewage leaks and accumulated trash. Restaurant does not open after breakfast. The hotel door is an elevator with constant malfunctions. Driveway with lowered lane constantly blocked with cars parked for hours. Very few beverage and food products for sale. Leaks in the reception hall and no access ramp. Female employees are very polite and receptive, but male employees are always in a bad mood and are careless. The only praise is for the room maids. It's a shame because the impression is that the management is in the hands of those who don't care, because it would have the structure for significant improvements.
