I found the hotel well located, comfortable room, bed linen and bath extremely smelling! However, the wifi did not connect to any of the cell phones…Other than that, excellent!

It delivers what it promises

I checked in very late that night, and my passport was not returned to me together with the room key. When I checked out the next day, I also forgot my passport. They didn't send the passport to the room, and no one mentioned the passport when I checked out. 2 hours after I left, I went to another hotel and found that my passport was gone. I hurried back to the front desk of the hotel and found that the passport was still there. . . Service awareness needs to be improved! I found that customers forgot to take their passports, but they didn’t care!

Cable TV malfunctioning and with very few channels. Leaking in the bathroom stall, cooling system dripping and difficult to regulate, and for breakfast I was charged 30 reais instead of the 25 advertised on the app.
