Quaint little hotel with antiques and a lot of personal touches. The lady running it and the staff were just wonderful. It didn't appear to have any handicapped facilities but we didn't need them so i didn't ask. Wonderful location near the market, historic area and dock.

What a beautiful unique property!! The lobby and patio/pooldeck are beautifully done and very inviting. Too bad we stayed only one night. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Manaus.

This place is so incredibly charming and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. There's also breakfast every morning! We would definitely stay again. This is a very unique place, and it is close to a ton of different places within walking distance.

Quero parabenizar a Camila que fez hj uma tapioca muito gostosa e um omelete no café da manhã muito gostoso top . A Camila tem um sorriso lindo, recebe as pessoas sempre de bom humor, muito comunicativa. O hotel oferece um café da manhã muito bom, os quartos são limpos e agradáveis, o atendimento geral é muito bom. A localização do hotel próximo ao shopping Manauara é um atrativo a mais. O funcionário Neykson nos atendeu muito bem. De modo cordial e prestativo.

Atendimento excelente da Sue, porém o hotel precisa de uma repaginada boa, a localização é excelente mas I hotel precisa muito de um banho de loja ( roupas de cama, cortinas, toalhas, tudo novo) e de uma dedetização. O local do café da manhã é Muito abafado, então se fizer um sistema de circulação de ar melhor ali, será melhor. Acredito que o hotel tem um excelente potencial, se prestar atenção nesses detalhes será sucesso.

Não vale a pena. O hotel está bem localizado mas é só isso. As instalações são antigas e mal conservadas. Quartos barulhentos e com limpeza a desejar. Lâmpadas queimadas , roupa de cama fraca. Café da manhã horrível com pouquíssima variedade. O portão fica sempre trancado o que é um desconforto para os hóspedes. Na frente do hotel tem um restaurante que fica com música altíssima até perto de meia noite. Funcionários parecem trabalhar empurrando com a barriga. Não vale o valor cobrado.
