Excelente viagem. Atendimento maravilhoso de todos os funcionários, alta gastronomia a bordo, navio de ótima qualidade. Provavelmente um dos melhores que já andei! Ponto negativo fica apenas pelo fato de não poder tomar banho de rio e não permitirem mergulhar com os botos.

Great Experience! Everything on board was wonderful and our every need was taken care of. There were lots of excursions and things to do on board but we mostly enjoyed our suite and balcony. Food was delicious. The whole team on board was excellent, friendly and professional. Thank you to everyone! The one complaint I have is that there are no transfers included, each guest has to make their own way to the boat before boarding. A pick up and ride to the ship would be very nice.

Pessoal muito bacana e os passeios excelentes, wi fi do navio muito bom, comidas típicas boa... O tratamento dos funcionários sempre pensando no bem estar, segurança também chamou atenção, sempre com coletes, passeios quando choveu, providenciaram capas, os guias bem humorados... tudo bom.

O Cruzeiro pelo Rio Solimões é uma experiência fabulosa, que permite uma imersão na realidade do povo ribeirinho e da fauna e flora da região. O serviço oferecido é excelente com cardápio variado e ótimas bebidas. O pessoal que atende no restaurante é muito atencioso. As acomodações são amplas e limpas porém, a umidade é muito elevada, sendo um incômodo. Um detalhe que incomoda é na recepção, pois não há indicação de onde o barco está ancorado e nem de como chegar até ele.

Foi uma das melhores viagens da minha vida. Toda a equipe do Ibeto Star é extremamente competente e profissional. Tudo funciona perfeitamente bem. A comida os drinks são irretocaveis. Recomendo fortemente os passeios, façam todos que puderem. A riquesa cultural da região é imensa e é rara a chance que temos para aproveitar. Para mim o melhor passeio foi a caminhada na selva. Aprendi muito sobre frutos, insetos, árvores e folhas.

Atendimento muito bom. Os quartos são ótimos também. Destaco o atendimento e profissionalismo dos guias Piro e David, que fizeram com que essa experiência com a natureza fosse a melhor possível! Um ponto de melhoria é ter mais opções para vegetarianos (principalmente na a lá carte).
