Estivemos hospedados por 6 noites em março de 2023. Recebemos um email dias antes da chegada propondo um up grade por um valor X, bastante aceitável, assim que aceitei e mudamos a categoria do apartamento. Fomos recebidos pelo gerente do hotel em um domingo de manhã, simpatico, permitiu nosso early check in e tb acessar o café da manhã enquanto esperávamos o apartamento ficar pronto. O quarto estava limpo, roupa de cama de qualidade. Internet ok. Café da manhã razoável (repetitivo e limitado). Os problemas são vários (para quem se vende como o melhor hotel de Manaus): 1. Tentamos conseguir contato com o hotel previo a nossa chegada para contratar um transfer in/out para o aeroporto e foi impossível. Apesar do hotel estar em Manaus, na web do hotel os telefones aparecem de São Paulo com DDD 11, ninguém atende e o serviço via web direciona a um whastapp com robô que não permite intereção além de possibilidades de reservas. Infelizmente é impossivel conversar com o hotel. 2. Apesar do UpGrade PAGO nos colocaram no quarto 301 com janelas que para visualizar o exterior vc tem que agachar (rsrs), terrivel... 3. Durante nossa estadia em duas ocasiões simplesmente não arrumaram nosso quarto e em uma delas esqueceram de repor toalhas... 4. Room Service de baixa qualidade, confuso e demorado. Aliás tudo é demorado... 5. Chuveiro (quarto 301) sem pressão e a água "quente" (no máximo morna) demora mais ou menos 10 minutos em ficar disponível, com o respectivo desperdicio de água, algo inaceitável para um destino "sustentável". Reclamei várias vezes... indiferentes... 6. Na piscina vc precisa adivinhar como ser atendido. Nenhuma instrução. Um cardápio com aprox 10 cervejas artesanais sem nenhuma descrição... rimos muito tentando imaginar como ser atendido e o que poderiam ser aquelas cervejas artesanais... faltou uma playlist com músicas... silencio absoluto. 7. Preços de São Paulo/Faria Lima direcionado para o público São Paulo/Faria Lima mas com serviço lento, descuidado, falta treinamento para atender a um público exigente que supostamente é o público do hotel. Enfim, precisa melhorar bastante para ficar bom...

Very nice hotel conveniently located right across from famous Amazon theatre in Manaus. Breakfast was included in our reservation which was a plus, nice service, helpful staff. They hold your luggage if you stay at their lodge in Amazon which is also helpful. Not too far from airport either so Uber does not cost you much and they organized “ Pink Dolphin interaction your” for us on a very short notice which we appreciated.

The pictures don’t do it justice. The aesthetics of this hotel are on point the staff friendly knowledgeable and eager to help we spend three nights on this property. It’s across the street from the famous opera house and the city Square with restaurants and live music just across the street.

First class modern boutique hotel set in the heart of the city directly opposite the Opera House. There is nothing not to like about the hotel. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was modern comfortable and had all the facilities you require. Rooftop pool area gives you great views of the Opera House and picturesque Square. It is also the ideal spot to recover from exploring this intresting city in the heart of the Amazon. The hotel also has a comfortable terrace overlooking the street which is great for a cooling drink, then there is the excellent hotel restaurant which serves some very tasty food. It is here you are served the equally good buffet breakfast. This hotel comes highly recommended and we would be happy to return here.

This hotel was a delight. It is quite attractive, well appointed, great art and photos along the walls. Quite comfortable. It has a great roof-top pool with an excellent view. And, it has a great, nicely equipped gym. Great music piped in the common area. The outdoor terrace is very nice. The restaurant another gem; in a circular dining room. The dining area is wonderful, and staff cordial despite the language differences. Breakfast buffet superior. It was a great find, and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

The Hotel Juma did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. A large group of us had dinner in the restaurant 1 evening with a violin and cello played in the background, highly recommend the food was excellent!
Food and drinks may be ordered and delivered to their rooftop swimming pool which we used several times during our stay.
Only negative their bar area in the lobby is quite small, although plenty of seating on the terrace.

Beautiful boutique hotel across from the opera house in central Manaus. Wonderful and helpful staff. One of the best massages I’ve had at their spa. The restaurant food was delicious and the staff was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mouse, Brazil.
