We stayed for 6 nights in March 2023. We received an email days before arrival proposing an upgrade for X amount, quite acceptable, so I accepted and changed the category of the apar**ent. We were received by the hotel manager on a Sunday morning, friendly, allowed us an early check in and also access to breakfast while we waited for the apar**ent to be ready. The room was clean, quality bedding. Internet ok. Reasonable breakfast (repetitive and limited). There are several problems (for those who sell themselves as the best hotel in Manaus): 1. We tried to get in touch with the hotel before our arrival to book a transfer in/out to the airport and it was impossible. Despite the hotel being in Manaus, on the hotel's website the telephone numbers appear in São Paulo with area code 11, no one answers and the web service directs to a whastapp with a robot that does not allow interaction beyond booking possibilities. Unfortunately it is impossible to talk to the hotel. 2. Despite the PAID UpGrade, they put us in room 301 with windows that to see the outside you have to crouch down (lol), terrible... 3. During our stay on two occasions they simply didn't tidy our room and on one of them they forgot to replace it towels... 4. Low quality, confusing and slow Room Service. In fact, everything takes a long time... 5. Shower (room 301) without pressure and the "hot" water (at most lukewarm) takes more or less 10 minutes to become available, with the corresponding waste of water, something unacceptable for a destination " sustainable". I complained several times... indifferently... 6. At the pool you have to guess how to be served. No instructions. A menu with approximately 10 craft beers without any description... we laughed a lot trying to imagine how to be served and what those craft beers could be... there was no playlist with music... absolute silence. 7. Prices in São Paulo/Faria Lima aimed at the São Paulo/Faria Lima public but with slow, careless service, lack of training to serve a demanding public that is supposedly the hotel's public. Anyway, it needs to improve a lot to be good...
