Otimo Hotel, novissimo. Cama super confortavel , estrutura totalmente nova , pra mim um dos melhores hoteis de Manaus , academia completa pra quem gosta de atividades fisicas. Café da manha delicioso , podeira ter mais opcoes de paēs , mais fora isso um espetaculo de hotel.

Fujam do hotel Ramada by Wyndham em Manaus, atendimento péssimo, mais de uma hora para resolver um problema de falta de água e ar condicionado quebrado. Funcionários despreparados. Não respondem as mensagens. Hotel em reforma, muito barulhento (fiquei no apto 703). Depois me mudaram para o 915, mobília quebrada.

The hotel is located on a large avenue in the city, but the area is terrible at peak times, as it funnels a 4-lane avenue into just two. You waste an easy 30 minutes just getting out of the hotel.
However, the disappointing thing is the hotel's breakfast. Very weak, limited to only: Three types of juice, water, coffee and milk, with chocolate powder, bread, cheese, ham and vanilla cake. There are no fruits, snacks, sweets, yogurts, healthy or gluten-free options and, considering that the hotel is located in a region where commerce is relatively scarce (you would have to go to the Coroado neighborhood, as there is only one gas station around ), offering a simple coffee like that, there's no way.

Chegamos uma hora da manha no Hotel, com reserva confirmada pelo *********** e a atendente nos informou que não tinha disponibilidade e por isso não tínhamos quarto. Um abursdo! Tivemos que caçar hotel no meio da madrugada em Manaus. Não recomendamos! Desprezo pelos hóspedes.
