The receptionist was very friendly. I received a nice room. Towel changes were limited to 10:00-11:00 and 16:00-17:00, and only possible in the spa. This was the worst organization I've ever seen in a hotel! For example, at the Barut Lara or Barut Anda, guests can change towels as often and whenever they want, not just in the spa, but everywhere—pool, beach, spa. Unfortunately, this negatively impacted my vacation :-( The food and drinks were of good quality, and the desserts in the main restaurant were very, very good :-) Negatives: No toothbrush, toothpaste, or shaving kit were provided in the standard rooms, just like in other bridal hotels :-( The bathrobe was very worn. The rooms were extremely noisy. The TV was very loud, making it impossible to sleep. During mealtimes, there was a smell of food in the room.

The hotel is very close to both the ancient city of Side and the city center due to its location, which is a good opportunity for you to get out of the hotel, which is built on a relatively small area. It also provides quality accommodation. The most beautiful part of Side is its beach, so the pool inside the hotel does not appeal to me, and the pool is crowded, mostly with foreign tourists. Clean towels are provided for the beach every day. The staff is very polite and attentive. The a la carte restaurants are also very high quality. The small negative comments I can make about the hotel are as follows: 1- In order to get a drink in the restaurant, you have to order from the waiters, the number of waiters is quite high, so they come to you to order, but this causes quite a crowd in the small area. Establishing a system where guests can get their own drinks could make the dining area more comfortable. 2- The umbrellas on the beach do not provide full protection from the sun, which causes sunburn rather than sunbathing, awnings are always better in this regard 3- There was no toothpaste or toothbrush for guests in the bathroom, and there was no hair conditioner (but there was shampoo and shower gel)

This is our 2nd time to this hotel and once again it was truly amazing. One of us The best hotel we have stayed in and we have travelled all around the world. The service is impeccable and attention to detail superb. Special mention to the staff in the saffron a la carte restaurant who go above and beyond to make you feel special. Also the chateaubriand is out of this world. Would definitely barely highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to go back.

I recently stayed at Barut GOIA and had a wonderful experience. The Deluxe Suite with a poolside terrace was spacious, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I especially loved having direct access to the pool area; it made the stay feel even more luxurious. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean pools, well-maintained surroundings, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request, which really made a difference. The food and overall service were also impressive, offering a good variety and quality. Everything felt well-organized and guest-focused. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back again!

The Barut B Suites hotel is located on the second line from the sea. The walk to the beach is flat and quiet, and takes five minutes. The beach is excellent. There are plenty of sun loungers, spaced well together. The entrance to the sea is good, and the water is crystal clear. The beach restaurant is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., offering drinks, fruit, and ice cream. A la carte meals are available from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The menu is simple, closer to fast food—burgers, pizza, French fries, and minced meat. A woman also makes gozleme, which are delicious. There are volleyball and children's playgrounds on the beach. The changing rooms, showers, and toilets are spotless. All two-bedroom rooms have a fully equipped kitchenette. Nice touches that add to the comfort include screens on the windows and plenty of adequate hangers in the closet. The balcony is huge. The bathroom is spacious, with plenty of hooks and shelves. Soap, shampoo, and shower gel are in a dispenser. It's clean, everything works properly, and there are no strange odors. The housekeeping is impeccable. Regarding the room layout, we had a room in Building E overlooking the pool. It was quiet and pleasant. We found the rooms in Building A, overlooking the river, to be the least comfortable. There's some kind of humming machine there. The hotel grounds are bounded by the buildings. Essentially, it's an inner courtyard with a large swimming pool. There's a playground, children's pools with slides, a tennis court, table tennis tables, and chess. Billiards and arcade machines are available for an additional fee. The entertainment is geared more toward children. The evening shows are unremarkable. A plus is that they end at 10 PM, and then it's quiet. The hotel is geared toward a quiet family vacation, and accordingly, the main clientele are families with small children and retirees. The food is beyond praise. There aren't a huge number of steam tables with who knows what filling them. For lunch and dinner, there's always grilled meat and fish, baked vegetables, stewed meat, a few side dishes, appetizers, vegetables, fruits, and desserts. All the ingredients are of the highest quality and beautifully prepared. Perhaps only the desserts are average. But that's all the better :). The restaurant is spacious. You can choose a table inside or outside. The all-inclusive concept includes only local drinks. In the basement, there's a coffee shop with simple desserts and delicious coffee. Next to the hotel is Turtle Bridge. But we only saw turtles on it on the day of our departure. To the right and left is a promenade of varying degrees of maintenance. It's a pleasure to stroll in the evening. The old town is 8 km to the left (facing the sea). Of this, the main promenade is about 3 km along the coastal strip. The sand here is firm, and the walk is a pleasure.
