Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori - All Inclusive

So at the resort currently, room 1412, superior family, and everything has generally been great, guest relations and management even arranged emergency dental treatment for me which was exceptional. However there is a outdoor celebration area directly next door to the family block and in the last four nights we've firstly had a wedding going on till midnight for two nights and now apparently a graduation ceremony for two nights until midnight, and it's loud, really loud, and that's all windows closed etc can't imagine having young kids and having any chance at sleep before it finishes. If your thinking of this resort you'd want to check what else is planned before you book.

We went to Akra Sorgun over May half term as a family of 5 (grandad, brother, husband, daughter and myself) and it was the best holiday i've ever had. I usually get itchy feet and want to get out and about but I was so relaxed and enjoyed my holiday that much that I never left the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for you - some ones in particular need of praise (not underselling the others by any means but those that stood out for us): Erkan - pool bar Bevar - evening waiter Gamze - breakfast waitress Beth & Alicia - kids club I can also recommend the VIP cabanas - such a lovely treat There were numerous activities throughout the day, fantastic food, great evening entertainment - everything you need for a great holiday! Keep up the good work!

Great experience me and my now wife got married here Stephanie and Chloe the wedding coordinators where absolutely amazing! Nothing was an issue everything we wanted we got without any issues. The hotel was stunning lovely rooms and surroundings. All the food in the restraunts and buffet was really nice and the staff here couldn't be more helpful! Efe the barman was exceptional great service and great pepole skills. I would certainly recommend this resort we loved it!

Well we are back from our 3rd time and it never disappoints, love the upgrade all staff were amazing we stayed friends with a few but the service and attitude is amazing (first class all the way ) food amazing as always, entertainment was fantastic we loved the beach party spent time at pool and beach,rooms always clean and restocked ,special mention to tugba working hard even though pregnant, metin a credit to the hotel along with ramazan and bahar top service always smiling never an empty glass,harun and Ali in the turkish restaurant top guys always spoil us ,faruk served us at lunch another top guy ,down the beach we were blessed to have omar back what a legend he is always on the go can't do enough for u,gabriel fantastic guy makes u feel special and always does a top job then we have ayse what a lovely girl so happy and so professional in her job and although we didn't make the ocean bar for dinner cuynet is another one the hotel is blessed to have,entertainment wise gotta love Victor brings everything such a personality and entertainer, but my fave has to be elizabeth what a talented young girl she is ,when she plays the violin she has me hypnotised and a beautiful voice to add to that,we had a couple nights down the club bar tom jones impersonator was great but my fave was (sorry can't remember the name) but was 3 guys guitar double bass and drums they just blew me away fantastic hope they there next year and saidow never disappoint.i could honestly write and write good things about this hotel its just perfect,all staff are amazing only slight negative which didn't really bother us was that we were in the adults area and now n again we get a couple young en's by the pool and we had a family in cabana next to us but didn't spoil our day ,we will be back again

This is a great hotel. I’ll tell you for why… 1. (The most important) The piano bar. The guys mixing cocktails behind the bar work their tails off and produce excellent cocktails. Special mention for Burak, Ilgin, Ahmet and Okan. Also don’t be scared to say ‘surprise me’ they all have off the menu cocktails that will blow your mind. 2. The beach is really good and the staff there will bend over backward to get you set up on a sun lounger and get you drinks while you enjoy the blue water view 3. The food is good, the al la cartes are really good, the buffet is ok, offers different treats every evening (we were there for a week) but can be a bit ‘samey’ at times. That said you get access to 4 al la cartes to break it up. 4. Rooms are really high standard 5. Gardens are really well kept and the amount of space available is excellent 6. There is always something going on, depending on your tastes, you’ll find something you’ll enjoy. Special mention for Elisabeth on the piano and Victor (singing and piano) and Beccy Lane. So all in all, a really good hotel, we will definitely be back.

Had the best time at this hotel - stayed for 10 nights but could have easily stayed longer - staff were amazing especially Dilek in the breakfast area - a very special lady - food is outstanding all al la carte restaurants superb - thanks Mehmet in the Olive and Cuneyt in the Ocean and of course Omar who keeps the beach area spotless

We have visited this place for my son’s wedding, the team went beyond to make my son’s and now wife's day perfect and it was perfect. they enjoyed it so much they booked for next year to celebrate their first anniversary. I am sure they will make it very special for them again. I have been to many all inclusive stays, however these place has 24 hours fantastic food cooked for you. It is in a fantastic location with its own beach, with perfect service. The service was immaculate, I would like to specially thank our housekeepers Alime and Halime, they were very welcoming and ever helpful. With our meal times Songül, Hatice and Mevlüt Çelik are the names I can remember they made sure we were well looked after. On our last day we hired a cabana (I highly recommend) there was bell to ring for service and I thank İbrahim for his faultless service. PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PERFECT HOLIDAY JUST VISIT THIS PLACE
