Ранее бывали в Турции в разных местах и отелях. От очень дорогих до попроще… В этот раз поездка в Турцию случилась после 10 летнего перерыва посещения этой страны. Выбрать отель помогал наш постоянный туроператор. То что мы увидели, так как нас встретили, какой пляж, какое питание мы были приятно удивлены! За эти деньги, это очень высокий уровень сервиса! В отеле спокойно и степенно! Есть все необходимое для великолепного отдыха! Отдельное спасибо сотруднику отеля, по имени SIVARA! Обязательно вернемся сюда еще не один раз!

Overall I think the hotel is great, but there are some ******* we had, but saying that I'll firstly say the staff, especially Becci at guest relations and Tanner, the manager, were beyond brilliant, they helped me with a dental emergency and I'll be eternally thankful for that. But regarding things I felt needed improving, firstly, the pool, it's a bit on the small side, and there's very limited space for loungers, it was busy in June it'll be crazy in July and August, they say they prevent guests reserving sunbeds but they don't. I've already mentioned the staff who bar one, the waiter in ocean at nighttime, were exceptional, I never once felt pressured to tip them, they were all polite and constantly smiling, they interacted with you and genuinely seemed interested in you and yours. I will say though some of the external contractors ie the spa staff, photographers, can be a bit pushy but that's often the case. The gym could do with an upgrade as the machines are too light and there's not enough in there for anyone beyond beginner level, also dumbbells only go up to 24kg which again is incredibly light. Also it's like a sauna, if there's aircon it was never on. Night time entertainment could do with some diversifying, if you don't like music, musicals, and singing your knackered, I'd increase the bingo, quizzes etc, more family content. And good luck even getting somewhere to sit to watch the entertainment at the club house lounge, as there's never seats and your surrounded by smokers even if you do manage to find some. Drinks were excellent and there's a great choice, my personal favourite, a mudslide followed by a shot of baby Guinness. I'm reliably informed the white wine is nice too. Food was excellent, lots of choice in the buffet, although I'd make ice cream available too. We didn't eat at either of the paid a la carte's but we tried the included one's our favourite being the Olive, closely followed by Safran, we weren't impressed by the Ocean restaurant, thought it was poor selection and service, we had to wait nearly an hour between courses and then when we were leaving the waiter chased after us trying to solicit a tip, the only time in the holiday this happened thankfully. If your stuck with the tui transfer please be advised it took 2.5 hours on the return journey, was around 1.5 hours arriving at the hotel, and it was hell on earth, and I dont say that lightly. People will say this isn't in the hotels control but I feel they should address it, the Sensatori at Fethiye has a separate transfer for its guests which works great and really makes you feel special.

Our second visit to this amazing place and honestly cannot fault it. We always said that we would never return to the same hotel more than once as we wanted to see different places but this hotel makes it impossible to not return. It has recently been refurbished this year and it's absolutely stunning. Every single room has been redecorated and had new furniture and they're beautiful. We originally stayed in a mixed double room but were unexpectedly, and very gratefully appreciatedly, upgraded to a penthouse room on the 5th floor which had a double balcony, separate sleeping area for adults and kids and a hot tub on the balcony. Wow we were in heaven. In fact, we've barely wanted to leave the room since moving as it's that nice! The cleanliness of the hotel is incredible. It's never dirty! Rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. You also get pool/beach towels and a beach bag provided so no need to bring your own. Food is another level. I'm a moderately picky eater but was never stuck for choice in any of the restaurants. The food was delicious and in the week we were there, we never got bored. The staff are all amazing. So attentive and friendly. Drinks are brought to you by the pool, at meal times you are also brought drinks and are never left waiting around. There's different entertainment on every night either inside or outside. We stayed at the piano bar every night as it was lovely and cool. My only slight gripe here is that the evening entertainment there did get repetitive as it was the same 3 acts recycled but we weren't really in there for that anyway. Just for a chill and a drink. Honestly though, I couldn't imagine finding a better hotel than this one.

We just came back from an amazing holiday. The hotel is spotless the staff work tirelessly to keep it clean and to give everything we need. The pool guy i can’t remember his name was amazing he just did not stop. So lovely to have someone get drinks for you. The food was amazing, varied and the signature special dishes were delicious my husband had one most nights. We just loved every bit of the hotel, the room was beautiful, cleaned every day and again immaculate and fully stocked. It was very tastefully decorated and the sliding door worked really well for us having the partition. The a la cartes were delicious and the service was second to none. Plenty of chance for snacks we loved the two cafes and bar snacks We took the bus to Side, so easy no 11 across the road all the way to the bus station then no 10 back from the same place just make sure to press the button! Only 1 euro each! I did Aqua aerobics most days and it was a great class set at a good level so i felt like i worked hard. We would definitely come again. Everything has been thought of. Used the tip re inflatables and paid the guy in the shop to blow up the inflatables! Sports wise we played tennis and some crazy golf. It was too hot for football but the court was a good size. We liked the entertainment the bands were good and the acrobatic group on our last night were fantastic.

Отдыхали в середине мая 2024 семьёй, 2 взрослых и ребёнок 4 года, номер делюкс с джакузи и террасой. Оцениваю отель с позиции заявленного статуса Select. Внимание наше привлек, как отель ранее принадлежавший любимой нами сети Барут, а с этого года отель сети Blue. Итоговая оценка 4. Немало минусов, которые на поверхности, легко исправимы и, поэтому их наличие вызывает полное не понимание контролирующей работы руководства. Минусы: - при заезде отсутствует приветственная зона, никаких напитков, отсутствие русскоговорящего персонала (одна единственная русскоговорящая Севара, но во время нашего заезда у нее был выходной) - заезд у нас был в 8.30, большая благодарность за раннее заселение. Отсутствие кровати для ребёнка и грязный джакузи не особо нас расстроил, всё можно исправить, об этом попросили сопровождающего нас в номер сотрудника и по пути на пляж сообщили лично об этих несоответствиях на ресепшен через гугл переводчик. Перед ужином пришли в номер, кровати нет, джакузи грязный. Опять подошли на ресепшен. После ужина джакузи помыли, кровать не организовали. Сами сделали ребёнку кровать из подушек. Утром сообщили Севаре и гиду от туроператора о нашей проблеме, вечером раскладное кресло застелили постельным бельём, но без матраса, спать было очень жестко, опять мы сами постелили подушки. На следующий день уведомили гида о нерешённой проблеме и только к вечеру матрасик на кровати ребёнку появился. - пополнение мини бара постоянно с недовложением - ассортимент блюд на завтрак чётко стабилен и качество приготовления низкое, а, именно, "резиновые" картофельные кубики фри, кровавого цвета жареная колбаса, яйца пашот, плавающие в общем лотке очень неприятного вида, некачественно приготовленный менемен, "резиновые" блинчики, панкейки из плотного невкусного теста, апельсиновый фреш из концентрата, помидоры с белыми прожилками и отсутствие черри в ассортименте, овсяная каша не каша, а суп с шелухой. - чай турецкий часто с привкусом давно заваренного чая либо он сильно разбавлен. - полное отсутствие русскоговорящего персонала в мини клубе, поэтому русские дети не вовлечены в мероприятия, мини клуб не посещают - персонал очень разный, впечатление, что профессионалы от старой команды сети Барут и к ним набрали новых непрофессиональных сотрудников. - при выезде из отеля отсутствует помощь в погрузке багажа в трансферный авто, при том, что мы выезжали одни в это время, и на ресепшен гостей не было, только много персонала. -песок на пляже там где стоят лежаки не просеивают, нередко чинарики от сигарет видели. - отель засыпает в 23.30, не помогут даже закрытые окна, мы жили в средней смешанной части отеля. - косметика отеля произвела впечатление эконом уровня, хотя бутылочки красивые. Исправив эти минусы, отель претендует на высокий рейтинг. Интересный современный дизайн номеров с хорошим интерьером и ремонтом. Lovely Hotel,great food,restaurant staff are so helpful and nothing is to much trouble for them.Lovely singer or violinist playing in the evening .beach is beautiful.12 Euro to nearest town side,which has a lovely harbour.We shall definitely returning next year.

Очень душевный отель! Здесь невероятная атмосфера уюта, внимания, заботы. Неделя отдыха прошла в полном комфорте. Оснащение номера (смарт), кофемашина, освещение и оснащение, все на 5+. Шикарный пляж, комфортное расстояние между лежаками, Омар - работник, который нонстоп бегает по пляжу, заправляет лежаки полотенцами и заботися о вашем комфорте. Бар на пляже, тоже 5+, коктейли алкогольные и без, вода, можете заказать по qr-коду, вам все принесут. Основной ресторан- очень разнообразное меню и качественный блюда. Официанты, прекрасная, добрая девушка Дилек и молодой человек Рамазан, очень быстро, душевно, предложат напиток, заботятся о вашем комфорте, очень доброжелательные. Но, если вы хотите тусы, то вам не в этот отель. Он удаленно расположен от Сиде здесь тишина и релакс.

So at the resort currently, room 1412, superior family, and everything has generally been great, guest relations and management even arranged emergency dental treatment for me which was exceptional. However there is a outdoor celebration area directly next door to the family block and in the last four nights we've firstly had a wedding going on till midnight for two nights and now apparently a graduation ceremony for two nights until midnight, and it's loud, really loud, and that's all windows closed etc can't imagine having young kids and having any chance at sleep before it finishes. If your thinking of this resort you'd want to check what else is planned before you book.

We went to Akra Sorgun over May half term as a family of 5 (grandad, brother, husband, daughter and myself) and it was the best holiday i've ever had. I usually get itchy feet and want to get out and about but I was so relaxed and enjoyed my holiday that much that I never left the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for you - some ones in particular need of praise (not underselling the others by any means but those that stood out for us): Erkan - pool bar Bevar - evening waiter Gamze - breakfast waitress Beth & Alicia - kids club I can also recommend the VIP cabanas - such a lovely treat There were numerous activities throughout the day, fantastic food, great evening entertainment - everything you need for a great holiday! Keep up the good work!
