We stayed at the Crystal Sunset Hotel with our family, children aged 10 and 13, and our friends – we were very pleased! The hotel is perfect for a family vacation: there was plenty to do for the kids, the water slides were open, and the outdoor pools were heated.
A special thank you to Ahmed Bey at the pool bar – he made excellent drinks and was always very welcoming.
Even though it was only the hotel's second day of operation at the beginning of the season, absolutely everything was operational and available. It's clear the team has been well prepared and is dedicated to serving our guests.
A special thank you to Onur Bey from Guest Relations – he checked us in immediately upon arrival, helped arrange a late check-out, and even brought a nice complimentary fruit plate and a bottle of wine to our room. This was a very nice touch and added a special touch to our stay.
Overall, our vacation was wonderful; we would happily return again and can highly recommend this hotel!

We booked a room in advance, paid 100% of the cost, received confirmation - everything is official. Upon arrival, it turned out that our room was not available, and we were simply presented with a fait accompli: "there are no vacancies, we will accommodate you in what is left." And this is with full prepayment! No apologies, no compensation - just an impudent attitude, as if it was our fault. The reception is a complete mess, the staff is openly rude, they do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. It seems that the rooms are resold several times, counting on the fact that some of the guests will not come. And if you come - your problems. This is a scam, not hotel service. I categorically do not recommend this place. Save your money and nerves - stay away from this "hotel".
