Excellent services and everything was great

Lovely holiday, lovely hotel and brilliant staff, even though a lot of them don’t speak English very well they really tried to communicate wherever possible. Special shout out to Elif at the pool bar, what a wonderful young lady, so hard working and she made our holiday with her bubbly personality, we looked forward to seeing her in the evenings. Other staff members who deserve a shout out from us are Sait and Esat from the Far Eastern restaurant, Sacide the lovely, smiley cleaner and the cleaner of our room 3205, I didn’t get her name. Elena at guest relations who arranged a lovely surprise for our anniversary, very thoughtful and kind gestures and she sorted out our a la carte reservations. Thank you. Ugur at reception and Taner who assisted us when we had a problem with our return transfer, thank you for that too as we were stressing out. Lovely pool and sea view from our room. There’s nothing to do outside of the hotel that’s nearby but it’s not that far to get into Side. A trip on the dolmus, the bus stop is right outside the hotel or you can get a taxi right next to the bus stop, it’s about €10 into Side. We found Side now really expensive since our last trip here a few years ago. Food good, we could always find something we liked. The a la carte restaurants were really great, our favourite was the Far Eastern but they were all really good. The only small ******* of the whole holiday were that the mattresses were too hard for us. You only get 1 visit per 7 days at the a la carte restaurant unless you pay for more and the cabanas were too expensive. Notwithstanding that we had a fabulous holiday, thank you Arcanus and all the wonderful staff. Hope to see you next year

From arrival to leaving we ,3 adults had a brilliant brilliant time,from floor manager, reception, restaurant staff,bars gardeners and room maids, each and every one of them went above and beyond to ensure that we had a brilliant time,xxx

Beautiful hotel set in beautiful gardens.We stayed from 15/5/24 to 22/5/24.Room was very clean,thanks to Fatima.All staff made us feel very welcome,everyone was so friendly,from reception team to the lovely cleaning ladies .One lady cleaned toilets and pool bar by the waterslides,or lady cleaned patisserie area plus other areas,they were so friendly especially to our granddaughter.Other people who went out of their way when serving our family was VEYSI, and ELIF, everyone worked so hard.We all had a fabulous time.Thank you all.XX❤️❤️Love Ruth and Phil and family.

We had the greatest holiday. So many people to thank for giving us an exceptional holiday including all of the pool bar staff, especially Mehmet, the animation team including Meyra, Okan, Burak, Enes, all of the restaurant staff and housekeeping team. The entertainments have been great and something different every night plus the range of activities during the day. They all work so hard. The beach is lovely and clean and so much hard work goes into maintaining this. The sea is also sandy, easy on the feet. The grounds of the hotel are well looked after all of the time. The restaurant has so much choice you will never get tired of all of the options and there are so many restaurants to choose from. The new additions of a coffee bar and smoothie bar are amazing. So much choice. Everybody is so friendly and we cannot wait to return next year.
