I can say that it met all our expectations. Only the parking issue is problematic. There is room, but it is either exposed to the sun or exposed to the resin adhering to the flowing bodywork as a result of the pine trees sweating from the heat. Anyway, while everything is good in the facility, the a la carte service and its availability at the pool and seaside bars are very pleasing. Many details, including enjoyable meals for the children, have been considered. All that is left for adults is to enjoy the moment. Thanks

Brilliant hotel very helpful friendly staff. So many snacks bars to choose from the beach bar (kebabs) aqua bar (pizza burgers KFC chicken waffles) pastries ice cream ect... Smoothies and milkshakes at the passion bar... Cocktails .great pool scene amazing beach location with jetty,watersports it does it all best part is the al a cart ( we went to the Italian had a 5 course first class meal (our waiter oskar was absolutely brilliant such good service and friendly conversation with him always checking if food is good keeps you topped up with drinks always smiling ) overall experience was very good THANK YOU ARCANUS WE SOLUTE YOU

We came to hotel with family to celebrate my wife birthday. From arrive we been surrounded by very friendly and helpful staff. Every person of staff was make every day to feel like in home. Kadir, Tanner, Halil, Alper, Emre, Mert, Seyfican and all others made our holiday best of the best. Food is amazing, both a'la carte restaurants which we visit was amazing and delicious. Definitely we will back there next year to see again our new friends. Tesekur Ederim. We love you all.

Thank you for allowing me and my family to have a wonderful time at the Arcanus Sorgun Resort Hotel. All the staff were always helpful and approached people with a big smile and positive energy. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel because there is something for everyone. Every day full of entertainment for adults and children. Also, I am fully impressed by a large selection of delicious food, own baked goods, fresh fruit and vegetables. Thank you very much for the hospitality. I am already looking forward to my next visit. See you next year.

First of all, I would like to thank Arcanus Hotels employees and friends working in each unit. The interest and attention of the animation team was great, we felt like at home thanks to their friendly approach, I would also like to thank Enes Sert, who made us enjoy the bar by the pool.

Positives: Good value for money. Food ok. Nice location. Fairly clean. Good service mostly. Nice views. Negatives: very noisy everywhere thanks to high number of noisy guests/children. The worst for me was the permanent mainly techno music in all bars and around the pool. The noise also in the dining areas and in the room and the lack of soft cushions for the sun loungers will prevent us from coming again.
