Lovely hotel, we have been here for 7 nights so far and it has been a great holiday. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Pool games every day in the hotel, good evening entertainment each night. Kids club have plenty of activities on although our little one didn’t want to go. There is also a play park on site along with a relaxing area and a relax pool. Slides have been a favourite with our 6 year old. Good cocktail choices and food has been your typical AI but we have always had something nice each day. Snack bar food is really nice. Beach is a 10 min walk or there is a shuttle bus every half hour. Also a bar and food included at the beach. It was our sons birthday on arrival and they’re went all out for our room for him decorating the beds and leaving lots of balloons, fruit platter and wine along with discount vouchers. Nadim the photographer took some family photos for us and they’re beautiful. We have a great rappor with him and he’s checked on us every day making sure we are all ok and he is very good with children. Highly recommend the services

The location is perfect if you want away from the hustle and bustle. Great hotel and great focus on family and kids. The entertainment team, especially Flash was great. He made everyone interact with each other with the games (darts) and spent time with everyone individually. We had a couple of minor issues with our room and when we spoke with reception they had them sorted by the evening. We were welcomed with nice friendly team, especially Mahmut. All bartenders were fantastic and friendly, the main pool bartender was great and friendly and done amazing cocktails (I'm sorry I forgot his name) Housekeeping were really nice and went above and beyond for us Food options were great, something to suit us all All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel and would come back if we are ever in Side again, it was great value for money

Hotel is lovely. Away from the town so need to get a bus which is easy enough to do, taxi is very expensive for a short journey. The pools are good, plenty sunbeds, indoor pool is heated. Entertainment staff are lovely, especially Flash, he always made sure everyone was looked after and joined in with the games, karaoke, quizzes etc

This resort is fantastic for families. My boys (6 and 8 years) loved the Kids World and the Entertainment Team there. The team (Yana, Maria, Ceren, Mohina, Olivia, Liza, Vika, Milena) greeted us every day. They were so lovely and enthusiastic with the kids. Plenty of activities/tournaments to keep the kids occupied. In particular, they really loved the science workshop! The buffet food was excellent. The pool and slides were a hit. Boys always looked forward to their lesson with the swimming coach Bahar.

Absolutely excellent only been here a few days and from the moment we arrived 10 pm evening of 9/7/26 walked into a wonderful, much needed air conditioned huge lobby area, greeted well at reception, smooth check in & cart driven shortly afterwards to our room by lovely chap. Took a drink in the reception check-in area as short wait for cart buggy to room, variety of detox waters and juices available as soon as you get there in reception. I’m travelling as a solo female parent with my two sons age 10 and 9.
