The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is varied, the rooms are large with a terrace, only a rooster at 4:00 was extra 😀. We were in March, the indoor pool was cool, sauna from 11 only, not in the morning.

Better than expected! Our family was confused because of previous reviews but we spent fabulous two weeks in Hotel Lago. Our favourite spot was the Maldives pool with white sand but every pool was cosy, we always found free sunbeds and parazols for 4 persons. If you feel like having a drink you always find something, f.e. smoothies and milkshakes at the Mignon Bar, signature long drinks at BonHeur Bar and Vago Bar is open 0-24, every night there is live music as well. Besides the main restaurant, try gözleme in Tiny Bites and pide at the Snack Spot, great meals during afternoons. We spent several hours at the outdoor couches at Cafe de Lago on the first floor, having Segafredo espresso macchiato, mocha, or a great tea, enjoying sea view during chilling. Rooms in wing 2 are better because they are far from the kitchen/smells, we had land view to a pine forest and the hills and it was quiet, too. I do not recommend Loft Rooms on floor 6, they are not so spacious and have only a tiny balcon, unless you book for 4-6 persons: a superior room on floor 5 and a loft room on floor 6, which are connected at the entrance door. The beach is covered with sand and small pebbles, the sea gets quickly deep, sea shoes help. Seen better elsewhere but it’s okay. In a nutshell I wish to go back as soon as possible!

When we arrived at the hotel, there was sand in our room. We have fit everything in 2 minutes, cleaned the room.Every day, shower jelly, hair cream, shampoo were given, the room was cleaned beautifully.The kitchens and bed covers were dirty walls, they couldn't wash all the way, so it was a little unsatisfactory.The beach towels were too old and dirty. The hotel has a good food, chicken, fish, but the meat varieties were not served. There were a lot of drunk people in the evening. They were speaking highly. We wanted to sit quietly on the balcony for a glass of wine. But we haven't been allowed to carry the bike in our room.The booking staff is very friendly and helpful and will help you in any matter.There is observation on the beach. Very nice woman. He makes delicious food. There are also alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the beach. There is always enough space, a lot of shells. the sea is clean. but immediately deep. the undersection is stone and sand. walk the beach for 5 minutes through the park with ocaliptus trees. Interesting entertainment program animators have water ball, evening entertainment, She has a kid disk.

Me and my mum 3 year old daughter and friend came here for 10 days and we had a absolute ball of your English it’s hard work because no one understands you the reception staff and really rude they will palm you off and try charge extra if they can on the other hand though the animation team are so fun such lovely people they was obsessed with my little girl they nicknamed her “orange juice” she loved it. The girls in mini club I couldn’t fault at all they was so good with the kids. The bar staff every single one off every bar was lovely and patient with us all as we are Brits and couldn’t drink the rest under the table😂 we met friends for life we could visit again if we was garunteed the same animation team! Brill for kids

The greatest vacation in SevenSeas Hotel. We have a lot of experience in another hotels in Turkey and, to be honest, Seven Seas in Side is the best one. Starting from communication service and delicious food to unforgettable sea views and safety feeling, which is really vital for us. Huge respect for all outgoing and kind staff for helping in every moment ( especially for Yahya, Diyar, Ekaterina) Also, the biggest advantage for us is gym and special road for jogging - gymshark inside me was really happy:) Moreover, sunbathing on the beach is the best way to feel alive and inspired by. In this vacation we recharged our emotional battery and understood the importance of relaxation in our busy life. Thanks a lot Seven Seas for everything!

The hardware facilities are impeccable, three meals a day, just eat! Downstairs there is a swimming pool, a water park, and its own private beach, the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the five-star hotel, the front desk attendant basically couldn't understand English, which caused me a lot of trouble, and actually tore my Turkish e-printed print file from the passport. I originally stayed for two consecutive nights. After returning to the room the next afternoon, I found that I could not open the door. The original quilt was very thin. I asked for a thick quilt on the way forward and told the front desk in various ways. The final result was to stack the quilt. Heart shaped. . . Overall, not very satisfied.

We stayed at the Arcanus Resort for 2 weeks in October, 2023, with a family of 9 ranging in age from 23 to 85. We had an excellent experience. We were especially impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was, at the reception, spa services, restaurant, cleaning, etc. We had a multi-lingual company, speaking Russian, English and German. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. We had enough linens, towels, robes, slippers, drinks, etc. All the grounds and facilities are kept very clean as well. The restaurant had great variety of foods every day, for all 3 meals, and open long enough to accommodate all guests. There was enough seating for our large group. We enjoyed our meals every time. There are other places to eat and get drinks around the resort so we were never thirsty or hungry. Deserts were especially impressive, with large variety of Turkish baclavas. We all went for hamam, they had a private session for our large group. Great experience as well, taking care in accommodating our senior parents. We also had additional massage sessions. There is a variety of activities at the resort to stay active: yoga in the morning, water aerobics, water sports, table tennis, volleyball. We tried them all. They have special staff that organizes the sessions and games. Beach was great as well, mostly sand with a few pockets of small pebbles washed up on the shore. There is one place with large rocks, but it can be eastly avoided. Fish likes to congregate around the rocks, so it's the place where some people went snorkeling. We enjoyed swimming around the pier. Water was very warm and clean. As for evening entertainment, there was a program for kids and adults every night. Kids program was pretty much the same every night, but adult one had different performances every time. And now for the cats. There is a colony of kitties that live on the property. They are well behaved, clean, healthy-looking and accustomed to the humans. Cats are allowed inside the property as well ( lobby, restaurant, hallways). If you are not a cat person or allergic, this is probable not a place for you. We have cats at home, so we enjoyed there presence quite a bit. Now for the negatives: If you went to the restaurant towards the end of the service, there was a chance that they would be out of some juices or coffee in the machines. At the spa they were kind of aggressive in trying to sell us additional massage sessions. Yoga was very simple and more of a series of stretchers rather than actual yoga. This is also not a quiet place. There are a lot of guests and also active evening entertainment programs, not just at the Arcanus but also at the neighboring resorts. So, there is usually music late into the night, at least till 11 pm. And lastly, since it's located on the outskirts of town, you need some means of transportation to go to Side or other places. We have just come home from an amazing family holiday. I travelled with 3 children aged 21, 16, 13, 2 boys and girl, there were activities for them all, from Water aerobics every morning taken by Cumin Ali who is amazing, water polo, water games, we also tried the keep fit activities. Cumin Ali took us out on 3 different bike rides to show us the surrounding areas if you get the chance make sure you go on the bike rides they are brilliant and free, takes place 10.15am every morning. All pools were brilliant and the beach was lovely. The bar staff were very friendly and always ready to pour you a drink a big mention to Murat he was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. There was something for us to eat every day in the restaurant and lots to choose from, food offered to you at all times through the day, the lady making the pancakes was brilliant and they were very tasty, it is even worth watching her making them. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was great with lots of room for us. The 2 boys stayed in their own room which was spacious they did say they would have liked a bigger balcony. The boys got an amazing shave and one of them had a haircut, we went to the Turkish Bath which was very relaxing and the massage was great. This resort has something for everyone, I loved my holiday and would recommend anybody to go here, I will hopefully get back next year at some point.

I loved the Bosphorus Sorgun Hotel, but it has some things that might improve. The most important thing to improve is cleaning service. Sheets were changed daily but there was dust pretty much everywhere. The other thing I was disapointed in are deserts. Turkish ones were really good, but the other ones were not sweet at all. Great things about this hotel: -Staff: the service was amazing, and Mehmet was the best waiter. He is the best guy in the hotel.
