It's a hotel, but there's no coffee pot. If I wanted to use a family room, I had to pay an additional amount and change the room so that there was no air conditioning. I requested repairs 5 times, but no one came. I asked for an iron 3 times, but they didn't bring it. Breakfast was so-so. I don't understand why there were 4, perhaps because there were no lodgings nearby.

Magnificent hotel, very clean, an exceptional setting. One of the best hotels in the region. Total change of scenery. nice swimming pool. And 5 minutes walk from the city. Highway 500 m to go to Porto in 30 minutes I recommend

This hotel apparently looks good and is appropriate for spending a few days of relaxation and peace. In the good times it must have been an exceptional hotel, but now the service and quality leave much to be desired. To begin with, it is quite abandoned in the common areas, it lacks restaurant service (despite the fact that it is advertised), the bar service is bad and poorly attended, the pool is neglected in the surroundings, as is the minigolf. Few staff to attend to all the facilities, I imagine it will be due to the Covid era. In short, they sell services that they lack, and that is deceiving the customer.

I suspect the hotel will be very nice once the building works are complete. No on-site restaurant. No bar. No contents in mini-bar fridge. I don't know why this hotel is 4 stars.
