Bonjour,
Notre expérience s'est très bien passée : propreté impeccable, personnel impeccable. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas souhaité garer notre véhicule dans le parking car il est très, très étroit.
Pour le reste, nous sommes très satisfaits.

Breakfast has little variety and is placed at the reception counter.
The reception staff are the ones who clean up at breakfast.
We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working (and as the light was on) we didn't notice and it ended up ruining my husband's medication.
There are no glasses or water in the room.
For a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired...

We stayed in an apartment this is the second time and it's still just as good! It is very well equipped with air conditioning, kitchen, 2 televisions and 1 large terrace! The only downside was that the apartment overlooked a bar and it was noisy!

We stayed 4 days and 4 nights in a large and pleasant apartment. The bedroom has a very cozy king size bed and also contains a water room with shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet, next to the room. The living room has a large table, a television and a sofa that can serve as a bed for 2 people. Hot drinks (tea, coffee) are available at all times for hotel guests. The hotel is on Avenida Nova, close to the amenities of Felgueiras (cafes, shopping, etc.), very practical! We liked this hotel, we will definitely be back!

In fact it was a bad experience and we will not return to this hotel. We know the B&B chain, we have already stayed in other places. I knew the previous hotel and it had everything it needed to be excellent, which unfortunately it wasn't. The initial contacts were pleasant, although one employee was unaware of whether they could accept the COVIV certificate from Switzerland or not. On the day of Check-in, we showed our displeasure not only with the cleanliness or lack thereof but also with the maintenance, as there was a water leak in the bathroom behind the toilet. We just didn't go to another location, as there was no availability nearby. From the moment we showed our discontent, the employees treated us like strangers. The noise at night is also unpleasant.
