I've stayed at this hotel many times and it was amazing. It was sold and about 3/4 years ago it's been very different and doesn't even look like a 4 star hotel. Little staff, although those that exist are friendly and helpful. Water in the indoor pool cloudy and quite cold, the SPA area without staff, very, very poor breakfast that does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. I loved it when it was the Celorico Palace Hotel but the quality went down a lot when it was sold to the Flag Hotels group, it just didn't drop the price, quite the contrary.

O hotel é no seu geral agradável porém existem inúmeros aspetos a melhorar para ficar ao nivel das 4*. A piscina interior tem uma temperatura muito baixa para o que se espera de uma piscina desta tipologia, a piscina exterior deveria ter mais manutenção e sobretudo a relva circundante não deveria espetar os pés de quem lá caminha... O pequeno-almoço tem uma variedade enorme de bolos, no entanto de fruta (fator que valorizo imenso) apenas tinha laranja pouca variedade para um 4*. O staff é simpático. O bar da piscina está desativado e não existe bar no lobby para desfrutar um pouco depois do jantar. Os quartos são ok, cama confortável, mas alguns equipamentos deveriam ser renovados. Mini-bar desligado e sem oferta de água (requisito obrigatório na minha opinião com este calor).

Todo o hotel e serviço muito bom. Como o tempo estava mau, não consegui aproveitar a piscina exterior que era esse o meu objetivo. Optei pela piscina interior, mas para meu espanto a água estava gelada. Estavam lá mais casais que se queixaram do mesmo. Chamei a atenção na receção, ia ver no domingo com o técnico para ver o que se passava. Foi só mesmo este ponto negativo que tive, por norma uma piscina num SPA tem uma temperatura muito boa e não foi o caso.

The hotel charged 156 Euros for one room. When we arrived the room was not clean. The toilet was dirty from the people before. The shower was broken. The mini fridge was broken and we had to put our things in the hotel fridge. The receptionist said that they would be able to fix it the follow day but no one got back to us. The spa was absolutely filthy. Please see photos. I have contacted Flag World hotels and they have not responded to my complaints. We stayed for two days and it was really disappointing and a waste of money. This hotel is not four star.

El hotel estaría bien si funcionasen bien sus instalaciones y el personal fuera algo mas atento y cordial , resolutivo tambien . Yo me hospedé con un bono de pack de experiencias pero me pareció totalmente perdido y desaprovechado la piscina de fuera las instalaciones bastante mejorables y el spa de dentro inutilizable solo pude estar 10' porque estaba congelado se traslada esta queja a la que no dan ningun tipo de solucion , la habitación al lado de un ascensor que sube y baja continuamente pues para imaginarse la noche , un bono totalmente perdido . No lo aconsejo en absoluto y para mas suma la ubiacacion que tiene que es perdido en no se sabe ni donde donde las alternativas son nulas . Mal

Escolhi este hotel para passar dois dias após o meu casamento, para conhecer a região, escolho por ter bons Feedback mas fiquei extremamente desiludida, por ser época baixa ou então não sei… tinham pouco pessoal, limpeza só vi no meu último dia. Paguei meia pensão mas nunca nos informaram que os vinhos não estavam incluídos, o que no final ainda pagamos mais do que esperado. Pequeno almoço pouca escolha, era apenas um tabuleiro que nos metiam a frente. De buffet não tinha nada.. Jantar apenas dois pratos e com hora marcada. Sem sabor e com má qualidade. Demonstrei o meu desagrado e em nada tentaram que eu ficasse feliz… resumidamente paguei as refeições e não foram bem servidas… para um hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar… só lamento a experiência e não voltarei a repetir
