Wonderful service. Very accommondating. Under renovations so rooms weren't amazing but had everything needed to get ready for graduation. Amazing breakfast selection.

There was an old banana in our refrigerator as well as cups with water in them
Our toilet backed up and required maintenance
And our shower ******!!! The shower water control handle was broken and we only had like warm to cold showers the entire time
We did tell the front desk and no compensation was offered.

The hotel rooms and toilets are small, there is a free breakfast, coffee and tea are available all day, a good choice.

The facility is under construction but you really wouldn’t know it. Very clean and accommodating. I was only traveling from the facility to the hospital so didn’t see much of the area or outside the facility.

Very nice receptionist, came in late and she warmed me up a nice cup of tea and the room .... very nice, I was given a all renovated modern room. Very very clean, perfect size with 50+" screen TV . Very happy with my stay. Perfect plaxe downtown Manchester. Thank you I'll be back!

Nice friendly stuff. The front seat person Diana was excellent and helpful. Clean, large size room and bathroom. Free breakfast ( scrambled eggs, Yougurt, bagels, muffins, coffee and tea and etc). 6 min from downtown Manchester. It was totally ok for my business trip.
