Tv does not have YouTube access. No microwaves in room. Phone in room static and quick dial buttons for service did not work.
On day two we did try dialing 0 and got front desk. Phones are not labeled.
Front desk did help once we discovered how to reach them.

First class hotel in every respect, the room, the staff, common areas. A beautiful hotel. You can spend more for another hotel…but you wouldn’t stay in a better hotel than this one. Parking is in an attached garage, which usually I groan about…but you have to keep in mind this is New Hampshire…it can get VERY cold and blustery, indoor parking is kinda nice!

The room had a blower that blew cold air on us all night. The water in the shower also never got hot-it was tepid at best. Other than that the rest was fine

Wonderful hotel, friendly and easy going staff, clean rooms and very comfortable bed, clean pool. Walking distance to SNHU arena and close to great restaurants and cafes. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for making our trip so pleasant!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly. I would not recommend breakfast room service though unless you are checkin' out in the am.
