I booked this hotel while on the road and when I arrived the front desk attendant did not have my reservation and suggested that I should go get something to eat as third party bookings can take up to two hours. I offered my credit card so that I could check in, but he refused that saying it would cause a double billing. A few minutes later he said the reservation had arrived from Shanghai

We booked the suite so we would have more room to be comfortable while watching tv. But there was no sofa and only one desklike chair.
The shower pressure was very poor.
And the free breakfast was not good. No fruit, and the waffle machine was very hard to use. Not working correctly.
All in all we will probably book our next stay with someone else. Very disappointing

This property feels new and fresh. Our room wasn’t huge but modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was not taken care of during breakfast. It was dirty and missing plates. Overall a great hotel for the price that I would stay in again.
