It deserves all the stars and likes! CLEAN, FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING, great water pressure, lots of pillows, COMFORTABLE mattress!!! FRESH cooked made to order breakfast! Greeted with what would you like to drink? Best stay ever and I’ve started at some boogie places. Way better then the Westin

Our hotel of choice for several years now coming & going from ft Myers & Minnesota- such a welcoming owner& family! They visit with you & have drinks & snacks when you arrive- even remember from 7 months ago what you drank! Rooms are so clean & comfortable- what more could you ask for? We will be back in September! Thanks for a restful night!

The stay with LX was about average. The people there are friendly and they do provide a good amount of free food and drink in the hotel lobby. The motel room seemed about what you'd expect from a motel. The internet basically didn't in our room and the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. I would advise against drinking the beer in the lobby. It had a very off, sour taste. There aren't a ton of hotel/motel options in the area. I might try an airbnb next time

Quite a surprise for this one. Doesn’t look like much outside but this is a converted motel with completely modern, updated rooms. The best part is the hospitality the owner or GM expresses to his guests. Made to order breakfast, great coffee, alcoholic drinks in the evening, they do it all! Highly recommended!

Comfy beds and well renovated rooms. Coffee was hot and fresh and the made-to-order breakfast was nice. I needed to print some documents for a business meeting and they were very accommodating. We got in late, but next time I’ll get there earlier and have a beer. :)

You can tell the owner really cares for this hotel. It has been remodeled and is very nice! The bed was comfortable and had great pillows. The bath was really upscale. In the winter you place your breakfast order and select a time to eat and it is ready for you. Great choices. Really recommend the drive into town for this hotel!!
