My experience at this property was below what I would expect for a Hilton property. First, when you arrive expect a $200.00 hold to be placed on your card. Apparently, according to the front desk agent this property has problems with people damaging their rooms. I get this, but does everyone have to pay for a few bad actors. My stay was on a Monday night, the hotel was not full, and any guests were probably business travelers like myself needing a good nights rest. Full service Hilton’s don’t hold so much for incidentals. The property itself was well maintained and the room was comfortable. The morning breakfast was disappointing. Everything was cold, including the coffee that ran out anyway. There were no staff members assisting guests or ensuring food was both hot and available. This hotel is going to turn away a lot of customers by changing top class prices with low class service.
