Great staff, nice overall clean property, My room was good but the bed need some upgrade.

Our king studio suite was very clean and spacious. The pool was small but clean. My only gripe is that I was unaware of a hefty security deposit prior to check in. I think going forward it would be appropriate to make guests aware of this security deposit prior to check in.

My experience at this property was below what I would expect for a Hilton property. First, when you arrive expect a $200.00 hold to be placed on your card. Apparently, according to the front desk agent this property has problems with people damaging their rooms. I get this, but does everyone have to pay for a few bad actors. My stay was on a Monday night, the hotel was not full, and any guests were probably business travelers like myself needing a good nights rest. Full service Hilton’s don’t hold so much for incidentals. The property itself was well maintained and the room was comfortable. The morning breakfast was disappointing. Everything was cold, including the coffee that ran out anyway. There were no staff members assisting guests or ensuring food was both hot and available. This hotel is going to turn away a lot of customers by changing top class prices with low class service.

Good hotel 2 bad things were broken hot tub and 1 elevator broke so it made it a little frustrating but overall great stay

Gave this a 3/5 stars as the Executive King Suite was clean but some of the furniture appeared to be worn. Ar check-in, the person at the desk was very helpful and checked us in smoothly until someone (from house cleaning?) approached her and started berating her about how two of the rooms had been occupied for 3 weeks and they needed a deep clean before they were used again but apparently they were already reserved again for tonight…awkward to watch . Glad it wasn’t my room. Bed was relatively comfortable, a different from desk person promptly got us 2 extra pillows when requested . Pool was warm, a little dirty/black around the edges. Breakfast had a nice selection but the milk wasn’t on any type of chiller-glad I got there right when they started breakfast . Checkout was quick, thank goodness as right when my kids and I were leaving the front desk to go the car a loud verbal altercation ensued between 4 hotel guests and a front desk person ; apparently the front desk person had made an audible snarky comment about a guest’s age. Glad we left at the perfect time, as a police car showed up at the front just as we were pulling out of the parking lot. Overall the hotel was at a convenient location for my trip but I’d never return to this location .

It is very unfortunate that parents allow their children to run the halls. About 6 cars were broken into on Saturday night. Glass smashed all over the parking lot. It will be my last time there.
