La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Manchester / Arnold AFB

Elevator out of order and when I asked for a room on 1st fl, was told none was available. I said that will not due because my wife is handicapped with two bad legs and a heart condition. Receptionist said, in a matter of fact attitude, that there was nothing she could do. When I began to ask for options, she repeated there was nothing she could do and do I want the second or third floor. I became angry and told her I did not appreciate her attitude and what would she do if she had a family with this handicap. She only repeated what do you want me to do there is nothing I can do for you. Long story short, we did not visit the city as expected and my wife walked up the 27 steps to get to the second floor. Did not pick the 3rd floor as suggested by your receptionist. Training or re-training is needed for that staff member.

Fairly new Hotel! Large rooms, friendly staff!

Stayed at this Laquinta for a quick overnight while traveling to Florida. Easy location right off interstate. Easy check in and pet friendly. Only complaint was lack of toilet paper. Roll was almost empty and no Kleenex.

Clean and efficient. Front desk staff was very nice. No smart tv but we bought a Roku at the Walmart across the street and it worked like a charm. Didn’t have breakfast but have had it before and it’s fine. We’ve stayed multiple times, great price for what you get.

Employee came into room at 730am, scared daughter and wife into a panic. Floors were dirty, bathroom wasn't clean, advertised as a 5 person room then told the corner chair could be slept on. ******* did nothing to help, this will be my last booking

We were impressed with the new quality of LaQuinta hotels. We were hesitant at first because it had been decades since we've stayed at one. To our surprise, staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the price was reasonable.
