Elevator out of order and when I asked for a room on 1st fl, was told none was available. I said that will not due because my wife is handicapped with two bad legs and a heart condition. Receptionist said, in a matter of fact attitude, that there was nothing she could do. When I began to ask for options, she repeated there was nothing she could do and do I want the second or third floor. I became angry and told her I did not appreciate her attitude and what would she do if she had a family with this handicap. She only repeated what do you want me to do there is nothing I can do for you. Long story short, we did not visit the city as expected and my wife walked up the 27 steps to get to the second floor. Did not pick the 3rd floor as suggested by your receptionist. Training or re-training is needed for that staff member.
