As it is clearly explained in our Welcome letter, all our accommodations are equipped with an Air Climate Control system (NOT Air Conditioning) which is centrally controlled and linked to the outside Temperature and will only blow warm or cool air accordingly. When the external Temperature dropped below 18°C, the system automatically switched from cooling to heating mode. We appreciate this may not suit all our guests which is why portable fans or heaters are available upon request.We would also like to apologise for the blocked sink which consequently resulted in an unpleasant smell in your bathroom. Be assured that our Maintenance Engineer has been made aware and has already carried out the necessary repairs but will continue monitoring the situation to prevent a recurrence.Thank you again for sharing both some positive words and your concerns which are invaluable in our on-going efforts to improve the quality of our facilities.
