Hotel is in need of repair , but is currently being remodled. The staff are friendly and as always it is nice to see a hotel retaining staff 😀 both Maurice & Giovanni are customer focused, go above and beyond when its necessary and are straight forward. Cant forget Carolyn, she's always welcoming and easy to speak to whenever something arises.

Overcharged $100 and have to wait for a manager to dispute. Upon arrival, the door to our room didn’t open with keycard. Maintenance let us in. Went back to desk, next key still didn’t work. Couldn’t leave the room until maintenance was available to fix the door. I had to call back down to the desk to get someone to come up. Pretty sure they can’t be up to safety codes. No one should be staying here. LOUD construction began at 6:00 am. Drilling/Hammering that sounded adjacent to our room. Dust from construction all through the room NO hot water TV doesnt work/ no remote. Pic shows the hallway outside our door. Paper taped to floor and all.

Hotel is improving overall.
Front desk is always welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Housekeeping and whoever the Janitor is that cleans the hotel in general still needs much improvement.

The property was undergoing renovations which did not affect our stay. We rented 5 rooms for one day. Smooth check in. The rooms were ready for renovatioin

The hotel has its pros & cons as any hotel.
My company stays here often and as always theres a few faces that stand out each time the from one of the housekeepers Lew to the front desk Carolyn, Giovanni & Maurice . Everyone has thier own postive and its a pleasure being greated by friendly faces.

The facility was dirty and needs updating. There were a group staying at the hotel that was very loud. We canceled our reservation and checked into another hotel.

This place is absolutely terrible . It is completely under renovation, so it is a construction zone. Everything - and I mean everything - is dusty and filthy. The rooms are dusty, bathroom had hair on the floor, sink, and in the tub - construction dust all over the floor and surfaces. Elevator had dirty rubber gloves and candy wrappers in the corner, dirt all over the floor and the buttons were sticky. The bottles on the bathroom sink were already used and not new. There was NO breakfast as described on the website. Instead the man at the desk handed us a paper bag with an ice cold pre-packaged breakfast sandwich, rotten banana, no-name child-sized orange juice that is enough for 2 sips, and a cheese danish. Oh, and no clean space to eat - so get comfy in your car I guess. Absolutely a terrible experience and if we weren't exhausted from traveling we would have left. I would never recommend this place. The website is VERY misleading as it doesn't have any type of warning that it is a mess and under construction and NO REAL breakfast as promised and this is VERY misleading. I wouldn't stay at this place for free. RUN!!
