the guard/staff didn't even assist but it was just a cell phone, the cell phone was crying, I had a hard time putting down the luggage, they just looked at me ..disappointed.

Excellent stay! Our recent stay was excellent! The location was perfect and the facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness of the property was impressive and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We felt that we got great value for our money and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area.
The only thing that I don’t like is the smell in the lobby because I have a sinusitis problem. Very close to makati and to the malls.
