Very bad.
I couldn't sleep at night. The air conditioner was very noisy, and there was noise even when it was not turned on.
The bed was very small, no toothbrush or slippers were provided, so I had to walk barefoot.
I couldn't sleep in. At 9:30 in the morning, the unfriendly cleaner would ring the doorbell and ask if I wanted to clean. It was like a serious illness.

Hotel is near in all locations we need to go thats why it's convenient for us to stay in this hotel. I love all the staff very friendly and welcoming even the security is very friendly and nice 🙂🙂🙂 thanks BSA Twin Hotel we have a great stay for 4days and 3nights. And also the view is very good

BSA is central Manila, near Megamall and the Podium. We had English IELTS exam for visa support, just around the corner. The 45th floor gave a view across Manila Bay, but 4 lifts were overstretched so we waited a lot. Bathroom nice ,and modern, air conditioning was effective in the room, but oh Lord, it was sweltering hot in the corridors. Reception staff are helpful, the central location of this hotel is the biggest selling point. We didn't find the pool or restaurant, or the function rooms since we were busy in the malls, where there are 101 eateries and cafés . Peter & Jovy.

It’s better not to live here anymore. There are many Xiaoqiang and they can be found in the room every day. I reported this to the front desk multiple times and no one responded. The hot water for showering only lasted 5 minutes and the air conditioner was loud. The male person in charge at the front desk of this hotel wore a black mask and had a very bad attitude and was very unfriendly.
