チェックインのやり取りがスムーズに行きませんでした。入口のバウンサーに誰に予約をしたのかという質問に答えなければいけなかったのですが事前に情報を受けていなかったので戸惑いました。たまたまこのサイトから予約を管理していた人がいたので入室の手続きを手伝ってもらえたので良かったのですが、もし違う時間に来て管理人に会えなかったら入室できない可能性もあったのかと思います。連絡をスムーズにするためにもwhat’s upなど番号以外のやり取りが必要だと思いました。
部屋は、ゴキブリが毎日出たので消して清潔感があるとは言えませんでした。
しかし、マニラでこの値段は、すごくお手頃だと思います。
交通の便もけして悪くありません。清潔感とスムーズな連絡のやり取りができるよに次のお客様のために投稿します。

4/10 Average service..charged us extra for 30 mins early check in.
Extra charge for a friend to come in without providing extra bed.
No water, tissue and kitchen utensils to use for cooking.
No proper maintenance inside the unit.

第一天來check in的時候讓我足足等了2小時，説在攜程，agoda等網上平台他們已經取消預訂但不知道為什麼我還能訂到。我就奇了怪了，顧客已經定了如果不接受為什麼不告知呢！！難道這是我的錯？！其他還可以接受，説白了我就衝著它有小廚具來的。

It has a great location location. It is very accessible to train station and malls. The bed was a bit hard, it made me uncomfortable. Great city view. They have complete toiletries.

Worst place ever. The place is dirty with unchanged bedsheet, unwashed towels, cockroaches everywhere. The host and assistant jessel are terrible in communication. They’re scamming guests for money. They even recommended me to do early check-in but once I got there i had to pay extra 100 philippine pesos per hour but didn’t tell me in advanced. The owner just told me all hotels are doing that. No explanation was written on *******. Even the caretaker/cleaner lilybeth mentioned that the owner enjoys doing that guest for money tripping! Don’t stay here. The neighborhood is terrible!!!!!
