Days Inn by Wyndham Mandan Bismarck Area

Everything was great staff vety helpful,place was overall very clean. Laundry facilities there,dodnt yse but they have one. And a small,convenient gym. Is a great place to stop and stay..very close to bismarck and they have a Walmart right in town.

There were a couple things in the room that needed maintenance, we left a note. The breakfast was not very great. No eggs and meat, orange juice was not very good. Staff fixed the waffle mix dispenser, waffle was good.

Checked in and bedding was laying on floor and pillows were stacked on chair. I checked in around 7pm.

Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. We were completely happy staying here, and will stay there again.

I have an registered support animal. When calling and asked if I was able to bring the registered support dog, i was told yes.Letters were shown to the front desk person. After staying there for 2 nights. I was told that I had to leave because of the support animal. So I had to find a new place to stay, that night. I will not at any hotel by Wyndham again!

I stayed two nights in a row, but in different rooms. The first room I had was amazing. Zero complaints whatsoever. The second room was a different story. The room had such a terrible smell that I couldn’t sleep in there. Ended up sleeping in my car instead and simply showering in the morning before checkout. don’t know if I’d recommend.. everything else about the hotel was great. Friendly staff and quiet area.

There was a problem when I opened the door to my room. The room was already occupied by someone.O had to go back to the receptionist to get another room The breakfast consisted of banana, muffins. cereal, yogurt, bread and waffles. ( waffle maker )

Someone from the hotel entered our room at 9:40am on check out day without knocking. The night guy who checked us in was quiet and didn't say much. It is definitely a no frills place. The light switch at the door did nothing so we fumbled in the dark until we found the bathroom light switch and turned on the lamps by the beds. We tried the main light switch with all that and it still did nothing, that can be a safety hazard. It was clean, beds were comfy.

Didn't need to interact with staff too much since everything was pretty good. Only drawback is that the A/C and Heaters in the rooms are a bit noisy while running.
