No hot water at night. It was fixed and again tonight no hot water again. Office is closed no one to talk about it to have it fixed. In this day and age the signal for wifi was totally insufficient, not even for calling family the what’s app. Washing machine and dryer are totally outdated. It took 50 minutes twice to get a load dried. It was not even a big load. Terrible smell in the room. There was a leak and water all over the floor. No kitchen towels provided to dry dishes.

Residence ideally located for visiting the French Riviera. Within walking distance of the beaches (10/15 minutes) and the city center (25 minutes). We stayed as a family in a small studio, clean and well appointed with a small terrace to enjoy the long summer days. The little extra is clearly the access to the swimming pool with sufficient sunbathing even in summer. Too bad for us the hotel opposite was under construction so the view is not great. No parking spaces, it is best to park in the secure underground car park.
