Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel sehr nett angelegt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, der Balkon bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Allerdings gibt es eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbar-Apartment und dadurch sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Man hört jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Das schlimmste an meinem Aufenthalt war allerdings, dass mir Geld - und zwar 380 Euro - aus meiner Geldtasche aus meiner Handtasche gestohlen wurde, während diese im Zimmer stand. Ich bin erst beim Check Out draufgekommen und hätte eine Anzeige bei der Polizei machen können. Sonst konnte mir niemand helfen. Ich will niemanden beschuldigen, aber es gibt nur 2 Möglichkeiten: 1) es war das Reinigungspersonal oder 2) die Verbindungstür war nicht abgeschlossen und das Geld wurde von denjenigen gestohlen, die das Zimmer neben mir hatten.
Ich finde es schrecklich dass so etwas passiert, also bitte unbedingt das Geld versperren und nicht unversperrt am Zimmer lassen!!!!!!

Also, ich verstehe ja das mit dem Kostendruck. ABER: es gibt Grenzen. Bitte nehmt eich folgende Punkte vor, die gar nicht gehen: 1. Sauberkeit!!! Ihr müsst auf Sauberkeit achten! 2. Layout der Zimmer ind Frickeleien: man muss Dachen schon von ordentlichen Handwerkern machen lassen und nicht selbst Dinge flicken. 3 das Allerwichtigste: euer Halbpensionessen geht GAR NICHT!! Nehmt doch einfach mehr Geld ind bietet was vernünftiges an!!! So gebt ihr allen nur ein schlechtes Gefühl. Solange sich dies nicht ändert-＞ NICHT hinfahren!!!!

Leider nicht auf dem erwarteten Niveau. Wir kommen aus einem Hotel in der Nähe von Venedig und ich muss sagen, dass das Niveau hier um Klassen schlechter ist. Zimmer OHNE Aussicht, das Abendessen bei Halbpension wirklich unterdurchschnittlich. BITTE verbessert eire Küche! DRINGEND. Schade das wir hier vier Tage verbringen. Würden uns freuen wenn es besser wird (große Gruppe). P.s.. Natürlich hinten im Speisesaal platziert. Die Plätze mit Aussicht nur für die Einzelgäste. Also nicht Gruppenfreundlich.

Il personale gentilissimo! Fin dall’accoglienza ci siamo sentite coccolate. Stanza pulita, piscina stupenda! Ho avuto un problema dopo mezzanotte e una ragazza gentilissima mi ha dato una mano perfino a quell’ora!!! Unico dispiacere: essere state solo 3 giorni, la prossima volta molto di più! Consigliatissimo!
