The bed sheets were dirty, and we had to change from a king room to a triple room to return the sheets. Each bed was very small. There were no slippers.

Close to airport, a hassle by multiple transport to get into the city, there is no functional pool and this is why I booked this motel. There is no air conditioning, you get a fan and heater in the room, good if you have a car, lots of free secure parking. The motel offered free shuttle to and from airport which was great

I had trouble finding the airport shuttle stop when I arrived, but I was able to get help over the phone. They accommodated my check-out at 3:30 in the morning and transportation to the airport without any problems. Is there one set of amenities for two people? That's what I thought, but it was enough for one night.

The room is old, the environment is average, and the room is neither hygienic nor clean. Because we were transferring to Queenstown the next day, this hotel had an airport shuttle. The staff who picked up the airport were okay. The driver who delivered the car did not help with luggage, but there was no help for white people... I will not choose this hotel in the future!
