The hotel settle bus left us behind as we rushing for our flight
The worse thing I ever go through,can't even wait for us just another minute , Called us to wait for next trip? Left in the rain and late for flight

I needed a hotel room with 2 rooms in it for 6 people.
Somehow the booking booked in 2 hotel rooms with 2 rooms in each and therefore could sleep 12 people.
I think it is a description thing - communication went wrong
I did ask but the receptionist could not give me a refund .. we end up using both hotel rooms any way.
This is not a complaint.
This is only to raise your awareness to the description of 2 rooms - means 2 rooms in the one hotel accomondation vs 2 hotel accomondation
The location is amazingly close to the airport.
If you could start replacing the mattress it would make a difference.
Nothing minor cosmetic changes will make the place come up a million dollars.

Never staying again.
Dirty, uncomfortable, hot, not maintained.
There's no TLC, its just a room.
Needs a deep clean, rotting floor in parts, windows so dirty, horrible smell coming from under the fridge. Broken tiles, tiny hard couch, dining table was wobbly as, mould on the ceiling in bathroom. Bruh come on, its a bit too much.
Honestly the list goes on.
To top it off, couldnt even use the front door key as the lock was dodgy, and to wash the dishes there was dish liquid in a drink bottle with a manky az sponge.
Hot az f in a two story place.
Mattress and pillows uncomfortable az.
Such a shame, as we needed a place to chill, enjoy and be comfortable.

not good no plates wine glass faulty light fittings rot in the shower.So dark with the lights on we used torches.Unfinished tiling & the bonus the smoking area was under our window.The only good thing was a good bed & new carpet .would i recommend NO

Facilities not what appears on Wotif advertisement. No kitchen, water was green in the pool, no laundry, no kitchen. My first stay no utensils, or microwave. Overall very disappointing.
