It is about 20 minutes' drive from the airport. There is a hotel bus from the airport that goes directly to the hotel. There is no supermarket around the hotel. The next day, I took the 4:30 bus to the airport. The bus was on time and the driver was talkative. There were three passengers on the bus at that time.

The double room was comfortable and clean and the en-suite well stocked. Free shuttle service to Auckland airport is regular. Staff at reception friendly. Excellent value for money 5 mins from an international airport.

When we were in Auckland, we chose the Jet Park Hotel near the airport. It has two buildings. We stayed in the new one. The room was clean and tidy. Dining and check-in were in the original building. The breakfast was quite generous and there was a free shuttle bus to the airport.
