房間非常舒適，服務非常熱情。到達的時候，前台接待已經在門口等候了，幫忙拿行李，遞熱毛巾。晚飯很可口，餐廳的小閔服務很周到。由於到達比較晚了，錯過了下午茶。小閔把下午茶安排到第二天上午。早餐也很豐盛，有自製的酸奶、鮮榨的西瓜汁，酒店自己做的青稞餅也很好吃。如美海拔衹有2650，是318網上很好的落腳點。酒店在瀾滄江邊上，房間陽台可以看到瀾滄江。

松贊旗下的酒店，環境非常好，尤其是服務到位，而且衞生工作也做得很周到，早餐也很好，我會下次再選擇松讚的連鎖店的！

酒店座落在如美鎮，房間很大，可能有些年頭了，一個暖氣不工作，管家小姐姐來幫忙打開了另外一個暖氣。
服務很周到，我因為要來一個網上會，不能去喝下午茶，管家小姐姐幫我把茶點送到了房間。

重點來了！！！主要是服務體驗，之前我是沒有接觸過鬆贊品牌的，秦店長（西繞）的服務讓我對松讚的品牌產生好感，願意去了解了這個品牌，並且預訂了八宿和波密站的松贊，真的是因為一個人喜歡這個牌子。對於經常入住豪華酒店的我來説，包括對比安縵，瑞吉或者悦榕莊一些有管家服務類型的酒店，這家如美松贊不輸給其中任何一個，大家來體驗一下這裏的美景，美食還有秦店長以及如美松贊整體員工的服務，記得提前問一下秦店長安排一個最佳觀景房間哦，會很驚艷！
