Pleasant stay and room is spacious. Everything is clean and good for people who plays golf. Lobby is good to hang out to chill and there’s a supermarket and eating place near the hotel, it is walking distance. Would be good to inform customer on the Marriott points when checking in or checking out. Hopefully I am still able to obtain the points. Overall satisfied and everyone including the housekeeping team is friendly.

Not much amenities and the towel provided was dusty and smelly…. Could have been better with such a nice hotel!!

I'm lazy and never write reviews. This is my first review on Ctrip. Let me start with my conclusion: Everyone, please avoid this trap. This is a hotel that is ****** against Asians. I started unloading my luggage at the door, and the people at the door pretended not to be able to see me and would not offer any help. On the day of check-in, they encountered a system failure and were unable to make a room card. I could only write a room number by hand, then ask a staff member to take it to the elevator and open the door manually. After I checked in, they asked me to wait nearby, and then their staff took the foreigners who came behind me one by one. During this period, I went to her many times to ask when she would take me and my mother up. Every time she said that a colleague accidentally missed us and that she would wait a moment. But her colleague clearly looked at me just now, but didn't call us. After waiting in the lobby for nearly half an hour, many negotiations were fruitless. I went over to argue with them, and then I found a woman to take us into the elevator and help us paint the third floor. Then she walked away. I thought we were at the door. Someone would open the door for us, but after standing at the door for another 10 minutes, no one opened the door. I was very angry and went downstairs to argue with them. I found the four of them standing at the front desk talking and laughing. There were three waves of Asians standing and waiting next to me. No one took them into the room. I argued with them, expressed my dissatisfaction, and was very angry. They realized that I was angry, called a room service person to come up with me, and opened the door immediately. For what should be a simple thing, they make you wait for 30-40 minutes even though they are just chatting with each other. The Asians downstairs didn’t know how long they would have to wait. Environment: Beautiful, well-equipped surroundings
Service: The front desk service is good and free mineral water will be given.

Nice experience but did not like how a sports team was staying at the hotel during my stay and fans were running around the hotel freely. Didn’t feel safe with my daughters with so many people running around that weren’t even staying there. Other than that a nice hotel would stay again

Amazing staff, very attentive, extremely helpful! My kids had an amazing time! Would highly recommend this place! Needless to say, this will be our go-to hotel from now on!

The hotel was gorgeous and full of amenities. The staff was what made it super special. I was on business but got to enjoy the restaurant, pool, gym and local attractions.

Hotel in general was very good. I main criticism was the room key and elevator function. It was a very unreliable and at times frustrating system.
