Eden Resort and Suites, BW Premier Collection Reviews

Our family booked a stay last April 2023, so it was only natural to book this venue for our April 2024 PA trip. We were disappointed in the condition of the room because both closet doors were broken perhaps by the previous occupant. The photos tell the story and the front desk. The other issue involved the loud noise in the hallway made by unsupervised children going to or coming from the pool area around 8:45 ish.

It was a great hotel with great service! The food was good. I thought the cheesecake was very expensive and it was only a small slice. Other then that everything was wonderful.

I booked this hotel through Trip.com via a Google search. When I went to the hotel, they said they did not receive the confirmation. The next morning I was charged by both the hotel and trip.com. I was double charged. And the hotel tries to call and get things straightened out Trip.com pushes them away no help. When I call I get the same thing. I need my money back. You're stealing it. I am told it was done through another vendor or something. That's not my problem. I am the customer I paid through you. Take care of it please, so I can use your service again .

Lancaster is a nice hotel, and the hotel's meals are not bad.

It was very clean, comforting and kid friendly. We come here every year to Enjoy the sight and sound theater. Also the front desk was Elbert polite by providing us with water. Love it here🤗

It was a very nice, clean, and to me fancy hotel. The indoor pool and whirlpool were nice to relax in. I did not order any food though cuz it was a little too pricy for me at that time. I will definitely go here again next year, when Zenkaicon is happening.

Inexplicably, our room's ground floor window faced the indoor atrium. There was a wedding reception going on the second night we were at the hotel. The music was so loud that the room was buzzing for four hours. The bed thumped to the bass. When the wedding was finally over a little bit after 10pm, staff decided that the best time to move all of the furniture to set up for the next event was at 11:30pm. Table legs squeaking as they were folded in, around 20 8' round wooden tables rolling across hard floors, hundreds of chairs moved, rectangular tables set up. Absolutely ridiculous and not at all restful. At all hours, staff yelled at each other up and down the hallway. The good: it was clean enough and close to highways. Avoid if you actually want to sleep in the room you paid for. I will never go back

Eden was very nice but honestly i think it was extremely over priced. We stayed in a suite. But other than having a seperate bedroom it wasnt anything special. It seemed like the rooms needed updating and there were kids/teenagers running through the halls , knocking on doors, amd being extremely loud till after 1am. The indoor pool was small and heavily chemicaled. The breakfast buffet was good but again it seemed over priced for what was on the buffet. It was a mice place but wont stay there again.

Had a 2 day business training and stayed at the hotel. All the staff were very professional and pleasant. The hotel is very nice. Clean rooms, great bathroom facilities. The bed was a little squishy for my taste, but nothing too outrageous. It was a very good experience and we plan to go there again.

Average place, place could not accommodate breakfast service for a sold out night. 30-40 minute wait time. Pool area over chlorinated which makes it hard to breath in the area. Other hotels long ago moved on to use salt water in their pools.

This was my third time staying on the property and each time I am overwhelmed with enjoyment. I recommend this place often as a quick get away for couples or families. I will return in the summer. I did lose a bag on the property and I haven’t received a call back from their lost and found dept yet. Pending a call back. (This was an error on me not the property)

Pool was dirty and it smells. The shower head had molds. The safe box was not working. The fridge that is inside the cabinet was filthy. I would never bring my family here again.
