while my family stayed for eight days they saw that the ac was leaking on the floor, I told them to tell the reception. they said ok ok..until they left the hotel it was not fixed. no action they are slow to work on the problem.

Good, but not exactly like the photos they showed in their trip booking app when you booked the room.

The room was not that clean there were stains all over the bed sheets, the bathroom is nearly collapsing although the food was very good and the staff are friendly as well

spacious bed & toilet. but the prob is manipis ang cover pati kumot. maingay kapag nadaan ang mga tao sa hallway. and masakit sa likod ang bed pati unan kasi yong ned may rubber sheet siya. and the pillow is not giving.

This is a small dirty smelly room. No windows, no wardrobe, not even toilet paper or shower gel. Other people's hair is all over the floor. On the plus side, there is WiFi and helpful staff, they let me leave my luggage at the reception while I was waiting for my evening flight.

Hotel lobby is so appealing but the guest room is not that good. Room wallpaper is peeling off. CR is not well cleaned, clogging lavatory and slightly damaged fixtures.
